This meditation is designed to work with and alleviate symptoms of anxiety. It is a somatic meditation, meaning we work towards building awareness of and relationship to the body. Trauma-informed elements are woven throughout the practice in order to build capacity in the nervous system. You will find invitational language, offerings of different choice points and opportunities to build personal agency. Give yourself permission to make the choices that work best for you including taking breaks.
