Settle into a comfortable position either laying down or sitting upright.
Make sure you feel settled and supported.
Take some time now to get as comfy and relaxed as possible.
This is your time to switch off and feel good.
Beginning to turn our attention to the breath allowing it to soften,
Lengthen and deepen.
Let's take some breaths together.
Breathing in deeply through the nose.
And exhaling any tension through the mouth.
And again breathing in through the nose,
Down into the pit of the belly.
And exhaling any tension with a loud sigh through the mouth.
One more time,
Breathing in deeply and gently through the nose.
And letting any last remnants of tension be released right now.
Keep breathing slowly and deeply.
Directing your breath down to the belly.
Beginning to bring our attention to various parts of the body scanning for any tension before we release it with love.
Releasing any tension from the forehead,
The temples,
The eyes,
The mouth.
Exhaling the tongue,
The jaw,
The neck.
Allowing tension to melt away from the shoulders,
The arms,
The forearms,
The wrists,
The hands,
The fingertips,
The chest,
The ribs,
The upper back,
The tummy,
The lower back,
The thighs,
The ankles,
The feet,
And the toes.
Breathing in a beautiful relaxing energy into any areas of the body where you still feel any tension.
Let it go.
Taking a few moments here to breathe in an expansive and loving energy into every single cell of the body.
It's okay for you to relax and let go.
Allowing tension to melt away and dissolve.
You are safe and you are held.
Begin to visualise in front of you a glowing golden seed.
This seed is pure love,
Compassion and kindness.
See this seed in your mind's eye,
Glowing brightly.
In your mind's eye you reach forward and you hold this seed in your hands,
Feeling its warm and loving energy ripple through your body.
You decide to bring this seed closer and closer towards you until you place it directly into the heart centre.
This glowing seed of love,
Kindness and compassion is welcomed into your heart centre.
Let it be in place there now as you welcome this energy into your body.
As you place this seed in your heart centre you begin to notice a glowing from the centre of your chest.
This energy continues to expand,
Filling up your entire chest,
Your arms,
Your head and eventually your whole body.
You are glowing with the golden energy of love,
Kindness and compassion.
Feel it integrate into every single cell of your body.
