Take a deep and slow breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And again take a long deep inhale and exhale through the mouth.

Breathing in gently and slowly through the nose,
Pausing for a moment and exhaling loudly through the mouth releasing any tension.
Relax your forehead,
Your jaw and your shoulders.
