Let's begin.
Take a deep and slow breath in through your nose,
Pause for a moment and exhale gently through your nose and again breathing in slowly through your nose 2 3 4,
Pausing and exhaling through the nose 2 3 4.
One more deep breath in through the nose,
Breathing down into your belly,
Pausing for a moment and exhaling deeply 2 3 4.
Keep breathing slowly and gently,
Not forcing the breath,
Just allowing it to flow.
Begin to imagine beautiful strong roots growing from your feet deep down into the earth.
Imagine planting yourself,
Connecting deeply to the earth's core.
You are here,
You are safe,
No matter what you're feeling,
It's okay.
Keep visualizing these strong and grounding roots.
Now begin to imagine a beautiful glowing golden bubble forming around your body,
Surrounding you in all directions.
This protective bubble only allows in that which supports you and gently reflects away anything that doesn't.
See this bubble glowing brightly,
Surrounding you with protective and supportive energy.
You are safe,
You are protected,
You are grounded.
Repeat the following affirmations either aloud or in your mind to anchor in this peaceful calming and protective energy.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
I am protected.
I am calm.
I am relaxed.
I am here.
I am whole.
I am supported.
I am strong.
I am loved.
Take a deep breath in,
Visualizing the roots connecting you to the earth and the protective bubble surrounding you and exhale gently through your nose.
You are safe,
You are calm and you are protected.
