Welcome,
I'm Bex and I call this the Quickie Reset.
This meditation will be five minutes and my hope is it provides you with the right amount of energy to clear,
To cultivate calm and really to rejoice in that peace within you.
I will ring the bell three times and when that happens allow yourself to find a comfortable seat or recline.
The eyes remain closed and the breath deepens.
For this guided meditation all it is required is that you establish your breath and feel a sense of comfort in your shape,
Seated or reclined.
So as you tune into your breath please ground down through the sit bones.
If you're lying down feel your points of contact as a reminder that you are here in this body.
And the mantra for the reset is I am clearing,
I am clearing,
I am clearing.
So when the mind trickles off onto some journey ahead of you,
Future tripping or behind you,
Past looping,
Come into the words I am clearing.
So with an earthed sense in the pelvis,
A grounding,
Allow for yourself to feel showered in a golden light.
Use the breath and this illuminated,
Radiant gold to move through the body in a way that shines a light bright enough to release any darkness that is not serving you.
Any thoughts,
Any tension.
I am clearing.
Stagnation happens,
Patterns repeat.
When we forget to reclaim and clear and live in this moment.
Being present means breathing now.
Being receptive and knowing you can't know everything there is to know about yourself yet.
So see if that mantra of I am clearing can give you the fortitude to move forward without looking back.
