We will use a warm and soft, white light to cleanse and nourish each chakra up the central channel of the spine, and include the rest of the body/space too. I do hope you enjoy this meditation, made with love. You may hear Kitten eating an early breakfast in the background. May the sounds of "life' be welcome.

Hello and welcome to this meditation.

This will be an easy,

Quick chakra cleansing that you can do anytime or anywhere that you need a reset.

So please make yourself comfortable.

You can be seated or lying down.

Settle in.

Consider taking a little stretch or tensing and releasing your muscles.

And then feel the body relax into your support.

Notice how the body feels in its natural rhythm,

Its natural state.

And feel the rise and fall as the body breathes on its own without any effort.

On your next breath,

Bring your awareness to your seat or your root.

So if you're seated upright,

Bring your awareness to the tailbone space.

And if you're lying down,

Bring your awareness to the feet and draw energy up from your feet to your seat.

And together let's imagine that there's a warm,

Soft,

White light coming up and in through the body from the earth.

And with the inhale,

Bring this warm,

Soft,

White light all the way up the central channel of the spine past the belly,

The chest,

And the throat up into the skull to the top of the head.

And as you exhale,

Let that warm,

Soft,

White light travel right back down from the crown of the head to the root.

Now this is our cleansing.

This warm white light in itself shifts everything.

Tune into the breath and on your next inhale,

Let that white light again travel all the way up the spine to the crown.

And then on your exhale,

Let the warm,

Soft,

White light travel back down the spine to the root.

As you take your next breath,

Let that warm,

White light travel slightly up the spine from the root,

Staying in the root space.

Now horizontally to the front and to the back of the body let that warm,

White light rinse the whole lower body space just above the tailbone.

Feel a warm,

Soft light.

It's like it's cleansing and purifying all of the root space.

Inhale fully and exhale sending the warm,

White light back out into the earth.

Now on your next breath,

Bring that warm,

White light back in up through the body passing over the root and moving upward into the sacral spaces.

Now fill the whole area of the sacrum,

The sacral spaces first through the central part of the spine and then all through the body to the left and the right of the spine to the front and the back of the spine.

Good.

Breathing in.

Feed the whole sacral part of the spine and the body and on your next exhale send that warm,

Soft,

White light back out into the earth.

With your next breath inhale,

Draw that warm,

White light up from the earth passing over the root and the sacrum and stopping at the solar plexus just below the belly button.

Now let the warm,

White light feed the solar plexus.

Feed your center of power right through the central channel to the left and the right sides of the body to the front and the back of the body.

As you take your next breath send that warm,

White light back down into the earth.

Yeah,

Let the spaces of the lower body connect with the earth space.

Sense of regeneration,

Reabsorption.

And on your next breath let that warm,

Soft,

White light come up from the earth into the root the sacrum,

The solar plexus and now up into the heart.

Can you feel and see the whole heart space filled with the warm,

White light?

The warm,

White light cleanses and nourishes the heart.

Replenishes and regenerates the heart.

The front of the heart.

The back of the heart.

All the spaces around the heart.

And take a full breath in.

And as you exhale please send that warm,

White light back down into the earth for reabsorption and replenishment.

With your next breath draw the warm,

White light up from the earth through the central channel of the body all the way up to the throat space.

Feel the circulation of energy from that warm light through the throat.

A relaxing,

A softening,

A recharging of the throat space with that warm,

White light.

Inhale fully.

And as you exhale please send that warm,

White light back down through the spine into the earth.

Let it recalibrate that energy.

On your next breath bring that newly charged,

Recharged energy,

That warm,

White light up from the earth up the central channel of the spine.

Passing over the root,

The sacrum,

The solar plexus and the heart,

The throat.

Let it come all the way up to the forehead center,

The space where the third eye resides.

Feel your focus settling right here,

Right between the eyebrows.

A warm,

White light.

It's like a pinpoint.

Let this white,

Warm light nourish and cleanse all the spaces the center of the forehead.

As you take your next breath send that warm,

White light back down the body all the way back into the earth.

Let the energy of the earth regenerate this warm,

White light.

As you take your next breath feel that warm,

White light again moving from the earth up your spine to the crown of the head and beyond,

Just above the head.

Now let this warm,

White light create a little halo a little protective shield around the whole body the whole body a center of safety around the body a center of peace this warm,

White light Inhale fully feel the whole body the spaces just above and around the body bathed in warm,

Nutritious white light and on the exhale let the white light travel back down down through the body all the way to the earth and let the body settle right here right now complete renewed refreshed centered in its wholeness Please take three cleansing deep breaths inhaling through your nose exhaling through your nose or your mouth inhaling again through your nose exhaling through the nose or the mouth and one more,

Inhale through your nose allow your body to sigh this breath out and know that you are doing something so good for your health and well-being Thank you for joining me for this chakra cleansing meditation.
