Hello and welcome to a brand new day.

Thank you so much for being here.

Let's get ourselves comfortable and we'll begin to practice together.

Find a place to sit or lie down that nourishes and supports you.

Allow the eyes to soften or shut down and as you take this next breath in through your nose,

Consider breathing in all of the possibilities that lie ahead for you today.

As you breathe out,

Know that you're making space just to be.

As we take another breath,

Can you allow yourself to be just as you are and know that is good enough.

In fact,

It's great.

Take another breath in through the nose and out through your nose or your mouth.

Just allow the breath to be long,

Slow and deep and we soothe and nurture the nervous system.

We start our day in this way and we'll carry this soothing energy with us throughout the rest of our day.

Let's take another breath in and out through the nose or mouth and as you exhale right now,

Just something to consider.

Is it possible to remember that even a rough moment can be transformed with one breath?

A rough hour can dissolve in the next.

A rough morning can be replaced by a relaxing and easeful afternoon.

A rough day is only 24 hours so you don't need to carry it with you.

Please take another breath in through the nose and out through the nose or the mouth,

Really tuning into your energy and the energy you'd like to bring forth into this day.

Another breath in through the nose and out through the nose or the mouth.

You might consider setting the tone.

How would you like to feel today?

How would you like to respond to challenging conversations or experiences?

As you breathe in and out,

Can you visualize a compassionate manner in which you can respond to any challenges that arise?

Let's take another breath in and out through the nose or the mouth.

Allow the body to settle,

To feel the breath and before we end this practice,

Give thanks.

Give thanks for the clothing you're wearing.

Give thanks for the seat or the bed you're sitting or lying in.

Give thanks for all of the small,

The tiniest blessings in your life.

Let's do that together.

When we practice gratitude,

What we have always is enough.

I wish today that you'll be wrapped in gratitude and peace for your day.

Namaste.
