This one-minute practice allows you to take a pause anytime you need to do so. We often feel we don't have time to meditate but all we need is one moment and one breath. I hope you enjoy this very short practice.

Hello and welcome to this meditation one-minute practice.

Please find a comfortable place to sit and allow the legs and the feet to be fully supported.

Close your eyes if you'd like to do so and drop right into the body.

Invite the body to relax.

Feel free to let out a little sigh anytime and now tune into the breath.

Notice how nice it is to stop right in the middle of your day and take a few deep breaths knowing that for this moment there's nothing you have to do and nowhere else you have to be.

Please take one final breath.

Allow the body to do whatever it needs to do and when you let that breath go,

If the eyes are closed,

Go ahead and open them up.

This little practice is complete.
