Beth loves yoga and does her best to live under the tenets of yogic philosophy in the 21st century. She has committed her life to this work and practice, and teaches meditation, kundalini yoga, hatha yoga (including power and vinyasa yoga), and therapeutic-based yoga. Beth is in love with meditation and practices - Kundalini/Radiant Body pranayama and meditations, Transcendental Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Insight meditation, and is open and receptive to all things yoga and meditation. May we completely open the heart and step into what is true - presence in this moment. It is a such a gift to practice!
