Three deep breaths.

Hello and welcome to this practice.

This practice will be,

Just as it sounds,

A quick opportunity to recharge,

Refresh,

And re-energize your energy.

We'll take three deep breaths.

So you can be seated or standing.

You can be lying down wherever you are and however you are.

You're in just the right place at just the right time.

Eyes can be opened or closed,

As long as it's safe for you to close them.

So let's take our first breath.

We'll just tune in here.

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose.

So please take a nice full breath in.

Give the breath a little pause at the top.

And then exhale through the nose.

Let the body feel a relaxation response.

Let's do that again,

A little different.

Inhaling through the nose.

We'll let the body sigh out through the mouth.

So take a deep breath in through your nose with a little pause at the top.

When you're ready,

Open the mouth.

Let the body and the breath sigh.

Let it all go.

Go ahead and sit for a moment.

Tune into how you feel.

Our third breath,

We're going to take a nice big breath in through the nose.

Hold it at the top.

And a nice sigh out.

Feel free to stretch the jaw.

You can stick out the tongue.

Here we go.

Inhale.

Suspend the breath at the very top and pause.

Exhale,

Slowly release.

Let it all out.

A nice big sigh.

Feel free to stretch the jaw and stick out the tongue if you'd like.

And just take a moment and notice.

I'm hoping you felt just a little shift in your energy,

In your perspective.

Now get back out there and do what you need to do.

Or if it's end of day for you,

Enjoy a peaceful evening.

Thank you so much.

Namaste.
