Hello and welcome to this one-minute meditation.

Stop what you're doing.

Maybe take a seat.

Soften the gaze or close your eyes.

Feel your body.

Notice any sounds,

Smells,

Or feels.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale slowly through your nose or your mouth and notice where you are,

How you are,

And that this one breath,

One minute,

Can change everything.
