So just begin to connect with your breath.
And don't try to change it or adjust.
Just meet yourself exactly where you are.
It all starts with truth and honesty onto yourself first.
So greet your breath.
Accept it.
And then ask breath if it would like to move deeper into you.
And respond.
And keep allowing breath to deepen.
Allowing your physical body to receive.
Your emotional body to be aware.
As your spiritual body allows for the receiving.
Everything in communion with this life force energy we call breath.
Every part of you.
Soften into your seat and just allow your sit bones to rest really heavy.
Grounded.
Solid and present.
But also soft.
Soft in your hips.
Soft in your pelvic floor.
Soft in your belly.
Just let it go.
Soft in your sacral.
Lower spine.
And then just allow yourself to walk up your vertebrae.
Softening and feeling each vertebrae just gently stack.
Perfectly balanced on top of each other.
Until you arrive at the back of your heart.
And take a nice big deep breath into your heart space.
And on your exhale just settle.
And soften your rib cage,
Your heart.
All the muscles and tendons in your chest.
You are safe.
Soften in your clavicle.
And just as we deepen into our bellies with our breath.
Be sure to bring your breath up into the top corners of your lungs as well.
Allow yourself to receive as much as you're ready to receive.
Soften your throat.
Soften the sides of your neck.
Your shoulders,
Your arms.
Your fingers.
Move your way up the back vertebrae,
Up the back of your neck.
Softening and softening until you get to the very top.
And then I want you to slightly pull your chin in.
And soften and drop your shoulders again.
And opening up that space at the base of your skull and the top of your spine.
Which is usually compressed by the way we hold our head today.
We're opening up this area.
Which is what I like to call the mouth of God.
It's a space where we can receive a lot of information.
And then it moves down through our physical body,
Through our spine.
Our spinal fluid that travels up and down mysteriously,
Communicating with your entire system.
And let your head just softly rest on the support of your body.
Soften your entire face.
No tension.
Soften your mind.
And soften the crown of your head.
But bring into awareness when you were a baby.
Born with a soft spot.
At the top of your crown.
And begin to remember on a cellular level what that felt like to be so close to the divine.
And allow that crown to soften back to that space.
Almost creating this little portal for the light to pour through you.
Just take a few breaths into your own alignment.
Almost as though you're breathing through your crown.
Breathing in all the way down your spine.
And exhaling out the base of your spine.
And then inhaling from the base of your spine.
Moving all the way up your body.
And exhaling out the crown of your head.
And just repeat that a few times until you really sink into your own alignment.
Your connection to Mother Earth.
And your connection to oneness.
And to the light.
And when you're ready just allow all of your awareness to drop all the way down your body and rest in your hips.
In your roots.
Allow yourself to really connect with your Mooladhara,
Your root chakra.
Connecting with this element of Earth.
You are flesh and bones.
And that's what you will return to.
Your physical body.
Your root chakra is your foundation,
Your flesh and bones.
A foundation of the temple of you.
I want you to take a moment to really stay in this room of your being.
You can imagine all the colors of red.
And find the one that speaks to you.
And imagining your little soul self just sitting in your temple in this room.
With these beautiful warm red walls all around.
And our roots are connected to our root chakra.
So there's so much more to just this physical body.
We are so deeply connected in our relationships into the element of the Earth.
So allow yourself to sink deeper beneath the floor of your root chakra and travel in and around your roots.
And really see what's going on.
And the elements that,
The emotional element that we come up against in our root chakra,
The biggest obstacle is fear.
We're afraid of our own belonging.
Our own acceptance that we are enough.
So take a moment and just go to a memory of where you may have left a piece of yourself.
And just as quickly as the memory comes up,
Go right into that memory and reclaim that piece.
And pull it back into your root chakra.
And place it wherever you need to place it in this space.
It's yours.
It's your birthright to be here.
And bathe it in your love,
Unconditional acceptance,
Allow it to feel nourishment from the Earth.
Bathe it in the color red.
And then allow this union of this piece of you that you just very quickly reclaimed without question.
Your whole body responds to that because you desire to be whole.
So breathe in this red color throughout your entire body.
Pull it up your chest,
Down your arms,
Fill up your head,
Fill your whole body,
Fill up on the color red.
And feel the energy as strength.
Take one more deep breath,
Pulling the color red and the energy strengthened through your body.
And on your exhale,
Imagine it moving out around your body,
Giving out the color red and the energy of strength and stability.
One step closer to wholeness.
And then really settle into your sit bones and on your exhale just allow your roots to receive the completeness and nourishment that you need.
And raise your energy and awareness up into your sacral chakra,
Into the next room of your temple,
Your emotional body.
The color is orange,
The element is water.
Just sit here for a moment.
Look around.
What's going on?
Notice what shade of orange shows up for you.
This energy center is full of joy and freedom and creativity and passion and pleasure,
But it can also be riddled with guilt.
So very quickly,
We're going to reclaim a piece of you that you gave away to guilt.
Maybe recently or maybe years ago,
Whatever comes up first and foremost,
I want you to reach out and take it back.
And pull it right back into your sacral and allow it to bathe in your waters.
Love,
Acceptance,
And come alive again in creativity and passion and feel the sense of freedom and taking that back.
And give it some life and some vitality.
And allow yourself to feel a little bit more whole.
Your sacral loves this.
It gets very excited.
What can we create with this new piece back?
So take a nice big breath into your body and fill up on the color orange in your sacral.
Feeling joy and happiness.
It's emotional.
It's almost like seeing long lost friends.
And on your exhale,
Imagine this color orange just radiating that happiness and joy of reconnecting again throughout your entire body.
Let your whole body settle into reclaiming this piece of you and filling up on this joyous color orange.
Breathe into it.
And on your next exhale,
Imagine the color orange just seeping out from your body.
Creating this beautiful energetic space around you that feels alive.
And a little bit more whole.
It's your birthright.
To be fully expressively,
Creatively,
You.
All of you.
And let it go and sit.
As you breathe yourself up into the next room of your temple,
Into your solar plexus.
And as you rise up into this room,
It's full of sunlight.
And the color is yellow.
And just allow yourself to be present in this room.
Look around.
Look at your physical body,
Your emotional body,
And your spiritual body in this space.
What's going on?
Notice the shade of yellow that shows up for you.
And be aware that the element is fire.
This is our personal power center.
And we really want to powerfully amp up the energy in this space.
So this is the space where shame can hang out and dim our light.
So just allow a memory of where you might have allowed shame to take a piece of you away.
It could be recent,
Very early on,
Or maybe not even from this lifetime,
But go back and get it.
It's you.
Shame is not real.
God did not make you to be shameful.
You are a beautiful,
Powerful force of energy.
So go back and take that piece of you and bring it back into your body.
Take a nice big breath into your solar plexus and allow that piece of you to return back.
And fill it with your light.
You can even heal it through your personal fire.
Transform it into a positive.
Allow your whole physical body to digest this part of your being that's been missing.
And feel this sense of higher intelligence coming to play.
There's this sense of strong knowing,
The source of power that we fall into when we fully accept who we are.
So this intelligence is warm,
Light,
A beautiful fire,
Just like the sun.
It's not a raging ego.
It's just an all-knowing of you.
So take a nice big,
Deep breath into your solar plexus and fill up with this beautiful yellow.
And allow this intelligence to fill up and remind your entire body of what's been missing.
And let your body feel the joy of becoming a little bit more whole.
And just allow your bones to really marinate in the power of your own intelligence,
Your own light,
Your own contentment,
Happiness.
And let your ego puff up a little bit on that.
Feel good about that.
And on your next exhale,
Share that light and feel that beautiful yellow light just illuminate all around your body.
And then inhale and allow yourself to let go and rise up into the beautiful emerald green cave of your heart.
And just arrive at the seat of your soul,
Your anihata,
Your heart.
Feel this beautiful green energy throughout your lungs,
Your heart,
Your shoulders,
Your arms.
Just allow your soul to sit in the space of your being and notice what's going on.
Notice what shade of green this room seems to look like.
Notice if it's messy.
Love can be a beautiful mess.
Notice your physical body,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Oxygen,
Blood,
Your emotional body,
And your soul identity,
Your spiritual body.
And we tend to lose a lot of limbs on our journey in life through our heart space.
We love hard and we grieve even harder.
You don't have to do that.
We don't have to suffer.
The heart is the strongest vibration there is.
At this point in time on our planet and human existence,
It is most important that you go into these painful areas of the heart space and trace back where you've lost pieces of yourself through hurt,
Grief,
Loss.
And we don't have to become the vibration of those painful moments.
Just simply go back and reclaim it and pull it back in.
You may have several places you need to go.
Just the memory,
You go back and you take yourself back into your heart.
Put yourself back together again.
All those beautiful broken off pieces of yourself are creating the most beautiful mosaic art from your heart space.
Life is poetic.
And it is all beautiful.
And the heart desires to be whole.
So as you pull all these pieces back together in your heart,
The heart becomes emotional.
Embracing an old lover,
An old friend,
Family,
Pets,
Trees,
Memories,
The earth.
And breathe really deeply into your heart and expand this beautiful whole green energy throughout your entire body.
And feel the cheers and applause from every single chakra,
Every muscle,
Every cell in your entire body as this returning of the truth of your heart.
Makes you whole again.
This holistic healing is bringing in the whole of the system.
Every part.
And proudly where every pain,
Suffering,
Beauty,
Love,
Forgiveness,
Joy,
Peace,
Every piece of your heart.
And allow that light from your solar plexus,
That light of your power and your strength to shine up in through your heart.
And just imagine what that beauty looks like,
How that light is shining out all around you.
So breathe that light up in through behind the stained glass window of the seat of your soul.
And as you exhale,
Feel the beautiful resonance of this light all around you.
No one can shine like you.
You are so beautiful.
So unique.
And allow that harmony that you feel from your heart space now begin to rise up as you inhale the vibration of harmony into your throat,
Your jaw,
Your ears,
The back of your neck.
And the color is light blue.
Just feel your breath moving up and down your esophagus.
Maybe around your mouth.
Moving in and out of your nostrils.
And really feel breath.
Feel breath on the back of your throat.
Breathing up from all the lower chakras,
Pulling up into your throat and out through your mouth.
And sit in this space in your temple and look around at these beautiful light blue walls.
And notice what you notice,
The element is sound,
Vibration.
And the pieces we lose through our throat chakra of ourselves are usually the lies that we tell ourselves and others.
So I want you to bring about a memory of a recent lie or an old lie that either you've spoken or you've received from another individual and took it on.
And just allow for the memory to pop up.
There's no guilt,
No shame,
No anger,
But go back to that memory and reach in and pull that piece of yourself that you left behind and pull it into your throat.
And take a nice big deep breath and pull this blue energy in through your throat and feel yourself come back to your voice.
And inhale again and send this completeness of your voice down throughout your entire body and feel your whole body rejoice and sing slightly different now that there's a new piece brought back.
And pay attention.
And when you exhale,
Imagine this beautiful vibration of air,
Your voice,
Your melody,
Just seeping out in this beautiful cloud of blue energy all around you.
Own your voice.
Speak peace.
Imagine this breath just rising you up into your third eye.
And the room is beautiful indigo blue.
Notice what's going on in your mind.
And just be with thought with your physical brain,
Aware of your neural pathways and patterns and paying close attention to your spiritual identity through your third eye.
What are you imagining?
What are you creating?
Where have your thoughts led you astray?
Where have your illusions of a situation in life caused you to leave a piece of yourself behind?
If life is but a dream and we are creating it all,
Then you can go back and create a new story and reclaim that piece of yourself that you gave away to this false illusion,
This false reality.
So imagine yourself traveling through time,
This beautiful indigo color is taking you back and reclaiming the piece of yourself that you gave away to this illusion.
And as quickly as you grab it and take it and you begin to journey back into yourself,
What's happening behind you is that the situation is healing.
The image,
The story is healing.
And just leave it behind you and bring that piece of yourself,
Your intuition back into your third eye.
And take a seat in this beautiful space that I like to envision is what it looks like in the center of a genie's lamp.
You can control everything with the power of your mind within this beautiful temple that you live in.
So breathe this beautiful indigo blue color and this piece of you that is reclaimed and breathe it all throughout down your body.
Fill yourself,
Fill up and become inspired and hopeful.
Fill your whole body,
Rejoice in the possibilities of a new vision,
A new perspective.
And as you exhale,
Just allow this beautiful,
Majestic indigo blue to fill the space all around you.
Full of hope,
Possibilities and clarity.
And take one big breath.
Inhale deeply into this full,
Beautiful body.
And on your exhale,
Imagine yourself just blowing out through the crown of your head,
Moving way high above.
Through this beautiful violet color that as you continue to travel through begins to turn this beautiful white light.
And feel this completeness as you arrive into this beautiful white light space.
And meet your soul self.
The truth of who you really are.
This beautiful white light.
And return to oneness.
And just rest in that space.
Maybe in this space you can connect deeper to God.
To loved ones,
Spirit,
The universe.
Remember who you are.
And feel the lightness and the freedom of remembering that you are just a soul.
You are just a light that's occupying space in this physical human body.
So let's breathe this beautiful white light down into your physical body.
And allowing the prism of light,
The prism of the rainbow and these colors to be fully identified as who you really are.
Whole,
Vibrant,
Healthy,
Spiritual being having a human experience.
So breathe this white light down in through your body.
Inhale,
Feel it pulling down in through your body all the way down,
Reflecting all the colors of you down into your root.
And then exhale and allow it to emanate this beautiful prism of colors all around your body.
And just rest in that for a moment.
And let it emanate in your own rainbow of colors.
And now that you're fully marinated and whole,
I want you to feel how big the expansion of yourself can be as you are a whole being.
So as you breathe,
As you inhale,
Feel yourself expand even larger,
Filling up this entire room,
Mingling with other people's colors and radiating.
And with every inhale,
Take it even bigger out of this building,
Blanketing this entire community.
And exhale,
Receiving and settling.
And inhale,
Taking it as far and wide as our entire country.
Exhale,
Sit and receive.
Inhale and allow the prism of your light to fill and wrap around the entire planet.
Feel it emanating from this one little space and expanding so big all across the world.
And notice as you're spreading out this light of yours,
All these colors,
You're sending out the energy of happiness,
Intelligence,
Friendship,
Peace,
Gentleness,
And beauty.
And imagine that these colors and these energies of colors are now becoming so big as they're matched by everyone that is intentionally doing this together right now.
We're emanating through the universe.
As these beautiful waves of energy and light and color see these colors shining out in every direction of space,
Goes far and wide as you can allow your imagination to take you.
And allow for all these colors to begin to come together into this one omnipresent field of white light.
And imagine this stream of white light that is now flowing down through the crown of your head,
Down through your body,
And resting in your heart.
And just allow this beautiful sense of everything's really okay.
To seep into your mind,
Your body,
Your peace,
And your love.
How will you breathe love today?
From this whole complete being of your soul self,
How will you breathe love today?
Maybe you'll breathe in color.
Maybe you'll breathe like a rainbow.
Imagine all day today the power of your breath with every inhale,
You beam with every exhale,
Your breath travels far,
Whisking throughout people and places,
Touching everyone.
With all the colors,
Healing and spreading love.
And when you're ready,
You can begin to slowly start to move your body into this present moment.
And bring your hands into prayer,
Into your heart center.
And slightly bowing into yourself.
And straighten that beautiful spine of yours and feel the entirety of your being.
And feel good about being whole.
And feel confident about being whole.
Feel intelligent in your oneness.
And feel the power of your energy,
Your light and your love.
And be mindful as to how you use the power that you hold right now,
This power of alignment out in the world.
Because it really is time to use it.
The world needs your light.
It's time for you to be whole.
So that we can amp up the power of the collective.
And just return to our birthright.
Time deserves to be happy.
And to the power of the beautiful spectrum of light inside of me,
Sees and believes in the beautiful rainbow of each and every one of you.
