A simple Love and Kindess meditation can go a long way. Open your mind. Drop into your heart. Be the change.

Hello beautiful friends welcome to this Metta meditation.
My name is Sally Marie Young and you are my guest to be led through this loving kindness meditation.
So just allow yourself to get comfortable seated or lying down safe relaxed.
Close your eyes and just allow yourselves to sink deeper into your body.
Fully becoming present to the moment,
To this day,
To this space.
And in tune to your physical body,
Your emotional body,
And your spiritual body.
In order to send loving kindness out into the world with the intention to heal others,
We must first become whole or at least begin to invite in the whole.
Holistic well-being is what we're all striving for.
Loving kindness meditation is a beautiful act of selfless,
Unconditional,
Non-judgmental love.
And it can be quite powerful.
It is most powerful when we are present.
So coming into this space of presences where intention meets the power of vibration.
When we're totally present,
We are feeling the process of our emotion,
Thought,
And filtering it through a direct intention.
We are really able to meet others with an energetic response.
So allow yourself to begin to connect with your breath,
Feeling the rise of your chest and the soft,
Slow descent of your chest.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Even notice the sensation of air around your nostrils moving in your nose and moving out.
And then begin to start to deepen your breath.
Maybe pull it a little deeper into your belly,
Filling your belly up,
Moving upward into your chest cavity,
Filling up as far as you can possibly reach to the top of your collarbone.
And then slowly begin to exhale,
Finding your way all the way back down to your belly.
And breathing in even deeper,
Filling up deep down into the roots of your being and allowing it to climb all the way up your body to the crown of your head.
And then allow breath to slowly release from the crown of your head all the way down,
Down deep to your roots.
And then just become the observer of the natural order of your breath.
And begin to feel the sensation of being fully present in your body.
And drop your mind's eye awareness down into your heart space and notice what you notice.
What's coming up for you.
And take a breath into that space and free that emotion on your exhale,
Let it go.
What do you notice now?
And how can we expand on the positive sensation that you're feeling in your heart space?
You can take your breath to it and breathe deeply and fill it up inside of your body.
And on your exhale,
You can release it out to the ether,
Knowing that this positive vibration will land exactly where it needs to.
Where it meets that heart that is calling for that same vibration to heal them.
Staying within your heart space,
We're going to begin to offer loving kindness first onto self.
We can't give what we don't have.
Seeing yourself as whole and loving yourself back together again is the important process of loving kindness onto self.
Take a nice big breath into your heart and prepare to receive loving kindness for you.
May I be safe.
May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
And may I live in peace with ease.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
May I be safe.
May I be happy.

Deep breath in,
Fill your whole body up on these beautiful blessings onto yourself and let every cell in your body know this to be true.
You already are safe,
Happy,
Healthy,
And peaceful.
And let it go.
Now I'd like for you to bring into your awareness someone you love and imagine this person right in front of you.
Look into their eyes,
Connect to their heart.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
Inhale,
Exhale.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
Deep breath in,
Nice exhale.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
And take a nice big breath in and allow a smile to creep across your face as you touch foreheads with this beautiful soul you love.
And on your exhale imagine your loving kindness from your heart touching their heart.
And let them go.
Next I'd like for you to bring up in your awareness a stranger.
Someone you don't know.
Maybe an individual that you happen to see often on your way to work.
A homeless man on the corner.
A crossing guard.
Or a person in the coffee shop that you're curious about.
Just bring awareness to a perfect stranger standing in front of you and look deeply into their eyes and really see them.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
Breath in.
Breath out.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
And take a nice big breath in as you reach out and hold their hands.
This perfect stranger.
Look into their eyes.
And exhale effortlessly.
So easy.
And let them go.
Next I ask you to bring into your awareness someone that you are having difficulties with.
Maybe someone you've had an argument with recently.
Or maybe someone you consider to be an enemy.
And I invite you to bring that person up right in front of you.
And as hard as it may be look them right in the eyes.
See their truth.
Speak to their soul.
And breathe into your heart space deeply.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
May you be safe.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
And may you live in peace with ease.
And breathe.
Breathing in.
Calmly breathing out.
May you be safe.
May you be happy,
May you be healthy,
And may you live in peace with ease.
Take a nice big deep breath in as you bow to this person and feel them bowing to you.
And on your exhale feel the sense of union and peace created between you and this person.
And let them go.
Take a nice big deep breath into that courageous heart of yours and fill it up.
And on your exhale begin to feel the power of your presence and intentions of love.
And now we are ready to send loving kindness out into the world and to our communities,
To every human being,
To every living breathing thing.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be healthy.
And may all beings,
All beings be peaceful and live in ease.
Deep breath in filling up your heart and letting go.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be healthy.
And may all beings,
All beings be peaceful and live in ease.
Breathe release.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be healthy.
And may all beings live in peace with ease.
Take a big beautiful breath into your heart space and allow it to fill up your entire body.
And as you exhale imagine your breath leaving your nostrils,
Your mouth and moving out into the world and whisking around streets and touching people's hearts all over.
And let it go.
And bringing your awareness back into yourself,
Your body.
And notice what you notice.
Notice how it feels to send loving kindness to yourself,
To someone you love,
To a stranger,
To someone who's difficult to get along with.
Moving out into the world.
You have just cultivated unconditional love.
Allow that to feel really good.
And allow your sense of well-being to rise up as you smile onto yourself.
I am a good human being.
And be proud of that.
This sense of well-being,
This holistic person you are right now in this moment is really who you are.
You are just a soul.
You are love.
As you prepare to open your eyes and exit this meditation,
May you walk in loving kindness and may every exhale you take throughout this day be one of love.
Moving out into this infinite field of breath,
Of air,
Touching everyone.
And loving kindness,
My friend.

I love to this meditation it was amazing. The only thing that came in the way from it being perfect where is the change in the volume of voice, I had to stop the meditation about 10 minutes and in order to adjust the volume so that I could hear it. I don't like disrupting the flow once it started but otherwise this was great.
