Hello,
My beautiful loves.
Allow yourself to come to a comfortable seated position or lying flat on the ground or the earth.
And just begin to slowly start to create the awareness of softening.
Softening your muscles,
Your tissues,
Your flesh,
Allowing yourself to become soft,
Receptive,
And then directing your awareness to your breath.
Just allowing yourself to be in the study of the quality of your inhale and the quality of your exhale.
Just spend a moment in observation of how much life force you allow in comfortably on your inhale and observing the exhale and your ability to fully let go.
Becoming aware to the breath is presence.
In the practice of self sovereignty,
In the practice of a mastery mindset,
Your presence is your greatest tool.
It is your magic wand.
The awareness of breath brings you to the presence of your existence.
By breathing,
We become aware that breath is breathing life into us.
And we can begin to ask the question,
Well,
Who am I?
Where am I?
Why am I here?
And growing through curiosity,
Through our breath,
Pulls us into a portal.
The portal of presence is self inquiry and self mastery.
And in this state of awareness,
We lose all sense of time.
Time is linear.
And when our thoughts wander to the past,
Then you are not present.
And when your thoughts wander too far into the future,
Then you are not present.
You are moving back and forth on this linear thing called time.
I would like for you to begin to visualize your breath as a circle,
Breathing in to its fullest capacity,
To the top of the breath,
Fully present,
And then fully present for the release and the surrender.
And just feeling this continuous loop,
This circle of presence.
In this circle,
This sphere,
There is no real movement.
In presence,
There is no movement of time.
The mind is not in movement.
It's not going into the past or ahead to the future.
Instead it's silence,
You feel presence when we are in a circular motion and not a linear.
When we are linear with our presence,
Past,
Future,
You're in busy,
The mind is engaged and that is busyness.
Presence as a circle is timeless.
Continue to breathe slowly from the belly to the heart to the side body,
Filling up the back,
Filling your breath to your fullest capacity,
And then softly allowing for the breath to start to crash and descend and release from the body to the bottom of the breath effortlessly.
Sit breathing in,
Expanding,
Opening.
Exhale,
Surrender,
Soften,
Let go,
Nothingness.
Continue to breathe in the awareness of a circle.
There is no end.
There is just continuous loops of presence to the magic of your life.
This precious breath,
Breathing aliveness into you and your courage and your fearlessness of the descent of your exhale,
Your non-attachment to even breath itself.
You let go and then you begin again and you breathe and you are here.
You are now.
You are in the mastery of your life.
In this space,
We begin to stretch time because time is an illusion and you are the alchemist.
So you may begin to bring an awareness of a feeling or maybe bring an awareness of a focal point,
A candle flame,
A flower staring at a tree.
And you will bring your eternal circle breath to this one singular awareness of this feeling or physical object.
And you will breathe with the awareness of your presence to the continuous loop of your breath while in observation for just a few moments,
Allowing yourself to fully experience experience and timelessness.
And in this space of presence,
We begin to enter into a doorway of curiosity.
In this doorway of curiosity is where we begin to meet the master.
You see it is your soul that is the inquisitive one,
Curious,
Present,
Expanding in every breath your experience of the present moment.
Keep breathing the circle,
Slow controlled mastery of your inhale,
Of the allowing the receptivity,
Following the loop of your slow descent,
Surrender,
Sweetness,
Fearlessness of your exhale.
Continue to breathe in this circular pattern,
Experiencing self-mastery in this moment.
And when you are ready,
You can begin to softly sway from side to side,
Beginning to bring some movement to your inhale,
Your exhale,
Feeling your presence to the environment around you,
The area in which you're sitting in,
Understanding very clearly now the presence has moved from your inner world to your outer world,
And just noticing what you notice curiously.
And as you're slowly moving the body from side to side,
Swaying,
Maybe moving your hips,
Moving your shoulders,
Circling your neck,
Bringing embodiment of presence.
Thank you.
For sharing your precious presence within this sacred moment together.
I see your infinity.
I see your mastery.
I felt the circle of your breath.
I honor you.
Thank you.
Namaste.
