The practice uses the energy of a kind smile to offer each part of your body compassion for any pains plus a little appreciation and gratitude. Try it when you can't sleep. This practice comes from the Mindful Self-Compassion course and was delivered live to MSC Circles of Practice: Public Offering on 24 July 2021 (so there is a little bit of background sound, like birds...)
