Having completed the year-long certification program at the Mindful Schools, Belinda Da Costa gained in-depth knowledge and understanding of mindfulness practices and their application in schools. She furthered her expertise by completing the Paws B program at Mindfulness in Schools, focusing specifically on mindfulness for young children. Always striving to expand her skill set, Belinda Da Costa pursued additional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the prestigious Mindfulness Center at Brown University. This specialized program equipped her with the tools and techniques necessary to guide individuals through the challenges of stress and cultivate well-being. Since 2017, Belinda Da Costa has been actively teaching mindfulness in various contexts. Her passion for sharing this practice has led her to offer both individual and group mindfulness-based courses, to cater to diverse needs.
