Notice what position you are sitting or lying.
And do a quick scan in your body.
You should observe that there is any muscle that feels really tight.
Is there any body part that you are holding onto?
Is anything fused,
Twisted or tense?
Notice how your hands feel like.
Are they open,
Are they closed?
Can you squeeze your hands really hard?
And then relax.
Notice the feeling should be in control of that movement.
Let the hands squeeze really hard and relax.
Notice the difference between when you squeeze the hands and when the hands relax.
What is the difference?

What if you give yourself permission to let your body move in whatever direction it's been called?

Just keep it on,
Nobody is watching you.
Nobody has their eyes closed.
Notice what does your body need?
You may need to stand up,
You may need to remove your neck,
You may want to roll your shoulders.
What if you give permission to your body to be in control for a bit?
And ask what do you need right now?
You may feel yourself moving in circles,
Letting your spine flex,
Bend to the side.
You may feel some facial expression.
What if you are just allowed that?
How does that feel?
And as you enjoy that feeling,
Bring your awareness back to your mind.
And give yourself permission to think whatever you want to think.
If you didn't have anybody watching you,
If you didn't have anybody telling you that's wrong,
What thoughts would you have?
What would it feel like to let your brain,
Your mind,
Drive that buzz?
No boundaries.
Does she give you permission to let the thoughts flow?
Let the brain do what the brain likes to do.
What if you put the brain on the side for a bit?

What if there was no boundaries for your heart?
