Can you infuse your body with grace?
Can you show your awareness,
Gratitude?
What are you grateful for?
And what else are you grateful for?
Notice if that is something that comes easy to you.
Maybe that's a very hard exercise for you.
Just notice how easy or hard is that for you to access gratitude.

Let's bring your attention to the word compassion.
Notice how does that feel in your body?
You feel compassion.
Compassion towards yourself.
Compassion towards your body.
How does compassion feels like?
Notice what feelings come up as you open up your heart.
You receive compassion and gratitude.
Notice how that energy feel in your heart chakra.
And let that energy expand into your whole entire body.
Let that energy expand into your soul.
Let that energy expand into your emotional body.
Let that energy incur a little bit deeper into your DNA.
Letting your field go a little bit deeper into every space.
Let those feelings expand into every space in your field.
Let that energy expand into your body.
Let that energy expand into your soul.
Let the sound move your body.
Just like the ocean,
The waves.

After you move it for a more grounded space,
