Let's just start closing your eyes and doing a check in.
And just when you're ready,
Just find a position that you're comfortable in.
Whenever you're ready,
You can just close your eyes.
And just use this moment to notice how you're feeling today.
Notice how's your energy.
Notice how's your body feels.
Notice your face.
Notice your shoulders.
Notice your body.
Notice your abdominal.
Your hips and legs and feet.
How often do you pause to notice yourself?
And when you do notice yourself and how you're noticing yourself right now,
How much more calm,
How much more peaceful can you be?
Is there any body part that could be a little bit more relaxed?
And if it is,
I would invite you to take a deeper breath and exhale and allow the part to relax.
You can take a couple more breaths on your own time.
Just allowing yourself to relax a little more.
And now notice again how you're feeling.
How is your body feeling?
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and bring yourself back to the room.

Let's bring your attention to your body again.
And just notice how you're feeling now compared with before.
Notice if anything changes.
Notice if you're feeling more relaxed,
If the body's more calm.
Notice if you're feeling more empowered.
Are you feeling more in control of your reactions versus affected by everything that's around us?
Affected by the job,
Affected by the boss,
Affected by the virus.
Can you bring that power back?
And you feel yourself incurring that power in your heart.
I have a choice.
I can choose how I react to my environment.
I can choose what energy I'm holding.
I can choose how am I impacting the collective.
How am I helping?
And sometimes the biggest help that I can give,
It's taking care of myself.
It's practicing self-care.
And sometimes that's plenty.
Let's bring into your heart that feeling of compassion.
And let's unite our force,
Our love,
And send it throughout the planet to everybody that's working right now,
The doctors,
The nurse,
The physical therapist,
Everybody that's helping.
Sending our love to the patients,
No matter what they have,
No matter what they're dealing with,
They all deserve to receive.
Sending our love to every single person that's working from home and learning how to manage the new schedule,
The parents,
The teachers.
Sending our love to the planet that is asking for healing.
The animals,
The trees,
The forests,
The water,
The oceans.
Visualize that shower of love throughout the whole entire planet.
And just feel that connection.
We are one.
And within this connection,
If you feel culture,
If you want to go one extra step,
Say thank you to the coronavirus.
For giving us the opportunity to grow.
To giving us the opportunity to practice,
Be who we want to be.
Giving us the opportunity to practice being peaceful inside.
No matter what's happening outside of us,
We have the power to be in peace within.
Just let your heart remember that because your heart knows that.
Allow that power to come back to remind you how to do that.
And allow your whole body to feel relaxed.
Choose to feel good.
Choose to make yourself a priority.
To take care of you today.
