Kind of close your eyes when you're ready and sit back.

To remember a moment of your life that you just experienced that flows on.

That you are happy,

You're joyful,

You are feeling alive.

All the cells of your body felt alive.

And notice how does that feel like.

Notice the sensation on your body,

Your face,

Your shoulders.

Notice how your digestive system,

You don't know,

How does that feel when you're in that flow?

Effortless.

Your body knows exactly what to do.

Your immune system is working,

Your digestive system is working.

Just allow yourself to connect with that part of you,

That inner wisdom.

All the cells of your body knows exactly what to do.

And if you have any area of your body that's dealing with some pain or any injury,

Allow the breath to go to that area.

To bring more healing,

More energy.

And deeper connecting with your soul.

And then when you're ready,

You can bring yourself back to the room and open your eyes.
