Let's get a little bit of grounding before we get started.

Then let's just arrive.

Everybody's been having a busy week,

A busy day,

A busy life.

It's a lot of energy happening,

A lot going on in the planet,

A lot going on outside of the planet.

Just allow yourself to arrive right here,

Right now.

Just use your breath to start blowing out of your space,

Whatever does not belong to you.

When you feel comfortable,

You can close your eyes and start looking within.

Start making that connection with you.

Imagine yourself walking on the sand of a beautiful beach.

Just allow yourself to see the ocean,

Hear the ocean,

Feel the breeze on your body,

Feel the peace,

The calm.

And as you look at the waves crashing,

Just allow yourself to notice that flow.

The wave comes and it goes,

Just like life's.

We have our ups,

We have our downs.

Sometimes we have good days,

Sometimes not so good.

But there is a flow,

The flow of life.

Just observe the waves.

Feel the breeze in your face,

Blowing your hair.

If you wish,

You can walk on the water,

In the water.

Feel the water touching your legs.

If you prefer,

You can walk on the sand.

Just bring that sensation through your body.

Move that focus from your brain,

From the thoughts,

From the worry,

From the problems,

From your truthfulness,

To your sensations.

Can you feel the sand?

Can you feel the water?

Just allow yourself to start taking a deeper breath.

And with each exhale,

Feel like you're delivering your problems into the ocean.

You can blow the air into the water,

You can imagine maybe some packages being delivered on the water.

Just allow that to be washed away.

Feel the water comes in,

Clear your energy.

Feel the water leave.

Notice that flow.

If you are feeling any pain,

Any physical symptoms,

Any stress,

Just allow that to go into the water.

You may feel yourself sitting on the sand,

Withstanding,

Whatever position feels comfortable.

Just allowing that flow,

Receiving and releasing.

And allow the water to bring your goals,

Your dreams,

Your vision.

Open your arms to receive that gift.

Perhaps you wanted to sleep better,

Have more energy,

Being free,

Have less stress.

Whatever is the gift that you would like to receive,

Then feel yourself opening your arms and opening your heart,

And allow that to come in.

Allow that energy to merge with your cells,

With your DNA.

I deserve,

I deserve to be healthy.

I deserve to be healthy.

I deserve.

Start bringing awareness back to the room,

And continue holding that feeling in your heart.

I deserve.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and look around with that feeling of,

I deserve.

I deserve the house that I live,

The clothes that I have.

I deserve to have a physical body.

I deserve to take a deeper breath.

I deserve.

I deserve to be healthy.
