Okay,

Today we are going to work on celebrating our self.

Just notice how the pop-up feels in your body.

Does that feel exciting?

Does that feel awkward?

How often do you celebrate yourself?

How often do you celebrate your accomplishments?

How often do you pause and look back in your journey of how much have you grown?

How much have you transformed?

Let yourself feel that feeling of acknowledging yourself,

Maybe for the first time.

And how's your body feels like to receive the acknowledgments?

Let yourself tap yourself on the shoulder and say,

Good job.

You've done so much.

I am so proud of you.

How many times do you say that to yourself?

And how does that feel to receive that 100% acknowledgement?

Let yourself imagine that you're throwing a party for yourself.

In that party,

You're creating the decoration.

You choose the music.

You choose the colors,

The balloons,

Food.

And in that room,

See all the people around you,

All your family and your friends.

See they also celebrating you because as you transform,

They also receive.

As you grow,

They also grow.

Walk around the room and see all the people that's been receiving the ripple effect from your grow.

Look then the eyes and receive the thank you.

Thank you for inspiring me.

Thank you for showing me the way.

Many times we don't even need to say anything,

Just being different.

As we walk around in this planet,

As we accept our light,

As we take care of ourselves,

We are giving permission to others to do the same.

We are inspiring others to do the same.

Allow yourself to celebrate.

Feeling good.

Being happier.

Feeling strong.

Celebrate your self-confidence.

Celebrate your self-esteem.

Celebrate your awareness.

All the moments where you catch yourself listening to that little voice telling you otherwise.

And all the moments that you catch that voice and you laugh at it.

All the moments that you realize how much stronger you are.

The moment when you look yourself in the mirror and recognize you as being beautiful and handsome.

The moment when you recognize you being so much more than you ever imagined it to be.

The moment that you catch yourself doing things that you didn't think that you could.

All the moments where your physical body reacts differently than it used to react.

In your mind reacts differently than it used to react.

How much to celebrate.

Give yourself a big hug.

You are doing excellent.

And allow yourself to feel that feeling.

Thank you for being you.

Thank you for allowing your light to shine.

Thank you for being the change that we're hoping.

Thank you for allowing that change to ripple into the planets.

Thank you for all your service.

Thank you for being you.

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Notice what change in your body when you're coming from that place of acknowledgement.

And remind yourself that you can do that anytime.

Especially when you find yourself looking for that validation,

The external validation.

You can give that to yourself anytime.

Because you have done so much.

Because you deserve.

Because you are enough.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and bring yourself back to your room.
