A calming meditation to settle your awareness on the present moment and begin again in each new breath. This meditation is recorded with soothing binaural beats. Albert Einstein said, “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” Lift your frequency out of "figuring it out" and bring yourself into the spaciousness where answers are received.

It's never too late to begin whatever it is that you want to begin.

Find a comfortable seat or you can even lay down just allowing your body to really be in the most comfortable position so you can really relax.

Find that comfortable space,

Take a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.

If your seat is just a little heavier,

You need to lean back just a little bit more into this maybe furniture,

Maybe the air.

Bring yourself into this present moment.

Any sounds that you can hear.

Noticing the temperature on your skin.

Notice the texture of your clothes.

Noticing now the feeling,

The sense of the breath.

The bridge between the outside and the inside is this breath.

Notice how this bridge between inside and outside is constantly,

It's constantly.

Whether you're conscious of it or not,

Your breath is flowing and moving you from one moment into the next.

Notice how from this moment,

This breath,

Next breath,

Not exactly the same.

Something has shifted from this breath,

Something has moved,

The sounds are different.

The way it feels to be in your body is different.

The feelings or thoughts that are passing through you are different.

So this breath,

This bridge between inside and outside is constantly,

Constantly creating an outside world as you embody whatever it is you're embodying with each breath.

So how do I begin again?

I decide that in this breath,

There is a choice.

There is an offer each moment.

I can choose how to accept this next moment,

How to create this next moment,

How to breathe a new breath.

Take a moment and just decide what it is you'd like to breathe in.

Are you ready to receive?

Are you ready to have the rose?

Is that peace?

Is that bliss?

Just find a feeling that would really nourish you the most right now.

Sense how this feeling comes into you.

Exhale whatever might be in the way of you believing that you can receive that thing.

If I'd like to receive,

Exhaling out anything that tells me I'm not worthy of,

Things that tell me of joy once I've.

You're inhaling in that,

Exhaling out whatever is in the way of you.

Enlightenment is the lighting up of where we are now.

It's the realization you are the one that is always choosing.

You are choosing,

You are deciding something.

There's always an offer that each moment brings.

There's always a decision.

Sometimes that decision is a wide open door,

Sometimes it's a tiny little crack,

Or maybe it feels like just the space underneath the door and the door is closed,

But there's always some sort of decision.

If you feel hopelessly stuck,

You can always take a slow deep breath.

If you have two lungs,

You can take a slow deep breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Big sigh.

Set an intention that for the rest of your day,

You'll accept the offer that each moment brings.

Allow each moment to be an opportunity to begin again.

See you with joy.
