Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath,
Release and relax.
Now let's begin to breathe.
Now take a deep breath and hold.
Scan your body and release any stress,
Anxiety and tension you may feel around holding your breath and release your breath.
Now return to your normal breath and remember that the mind is the ruler of the senses but the breath,
Light and love are the rulers of the mind and emotions.
