Welcome to circular breathing where the inhale and the exhale are connected.

There's no pause,

It's continuous and it actually puts you in another state where you're processing and clearing thoughts,

Feelings and emotions.

This meditation can awaken your personal energy presence,

Help you tap into the source of your higher love choices,

Reduce fears and old habits that may be holding you back.

Select for yourself a quiet place either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

Release and relax.

Now let's begin to breathe.

Now take a deep breath and hold.

Scan your body and release any stress,

Anxiety and tension you may feel around holding your breath and release your breath.

Now return to your normal breath and remember that the mind is the ruler of the senses but the breath,

Light and love are the rulers of the mind and emotions.
