Welcome to the chakra cleansing meditation.
This meditation can be used as a brain body spirit wake up call in the mornings or as an energy picker upper any time of the day.
Select for yourself a quiet place either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes take a deep breath release and relax.
Meditation helps your brain body spirit discover that its point of power is in staying awake in this moment of now.
In this meditation we are going to use the ancient yogic breathing method called Hamsa.
Hamsa in Sanskrit means I am that and sounds like this.
But we will be replacing the words Hamsa with words related to cleansing your chakras.
Okay now let's begin.
Guide your attention to the first chakra at your buttocks area and let's begin the chakra clearing with the ancient yogic Hamsa breathing.
Follow my breathing and repeat these words I am trust.
Now guide your attention to the second chakra at the lower belly area and follow my breathing and repeat these words I am pleasure.
Now guide your attention to the third chakra at the solar plexus area and follow my breathing and repeat these words I am power.
Now take a deep breath and hold.
Scan your body and release any stress,
Anxiety and tension you may feel around holding your breath and release your breath.
Now guide your attention to the fourth chakra at the heart area and follow my breathing and repeat these words I am heart.
Now guide your attention to the fifth chakra at the throat area and follow my breathing and repeat these words I am expression.
Now guide your attention to the sixth chakra at your forehead area and follow my breathing and repeat these words I am sight.
Now take a deep breath and hold.
Scan your body and release any fear,
Anger and sadness you may feel around holding your breath and release your breath.
Now guide your attention to the seventh chakra at the crown of your head area and follow my breathing and repeat these words I am space.
Now take a deep breath and hold.
Scan your body and release any stress,
Anxiety,
Tension,
Fear,
Anger and sadness you may feel around holding your breath and release your breath.
