Welcome to a simple breathing exercise.
The quickest way to relieve stress and anxiety and move your body from low oxygen levels and high acid content to high oxygen levels and balanced alkaline content is through this simple breathing exercise.
After a minute or two of breathing,
You will feel like new again,
Ready to carry on your life or if you are ready to go to bed,
You will sleep like a baby.
Do this breathing exercise with your eyes closed.
It will increase the life force within your body,
Remove stress,
And dissolve stinking thinking into conscious thinking.
In this meditation,
We are going to use the ancient yogic breathing method called Hamsa.
Hamsa in Sanskrit means I am that.
And with the ham on the in-breath and sa on the out-breath,
It sounds like this.
And now,
Let's breathe.

Now take a deep breath and hold your breath.
Scan your body and release any stress,
Anxiety,
Tension,
Fear,
Anger,
And sadness you may feel around holding your breath.
And now release your breath.
Now return to your normal breath and remember that you are the space of life,
Not just something in it.
