The Relax into the Stillness with Brain Waves meditation uses proprietary lower brainwaves, along with the ancient yogic Ham-Sa breathing, and a countdown to bring you into calm stillness, or restful sleep. The meditation has about 20 minutes of solid brainwaves at the end, which you can meditate with, sleep to, or turn off for a shorter experience. We invite you to relax into the stillness while quieting your mind.

Welcome to the Relax into the Stillness Brainwave Meditation.

Select for yourself a quiet place,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath.

Relax.

Meditation helps your brain,

Body and spirit discover that its point of power is in staying awake in this moment of now.

In this meditation we are going to use the ancient yogic breathing method called Hamsa.

Hamsa in Sanskrit means I am that.

And with the HOM on the in-breath and SAW on the out-breath it sounds like this.

Following the Hamsa breathing we will count you down into a deep and relaxing space.

And now let's begin the breathing.

Now take a deep breath and hold.

Scan your body and release any stress,

Anxiety and tension you may feel around holding your breath.

And release.

Now settle back and relax.

Close your eyes.

Get settled.

Relax and allow yourself to meditate into the larger space of life,

The source of all.

And enjoy the journey as you move deeper and deeper into the bliss of Samadhi.

We will now take your brain waves and your body tone even lower and quieter.

Removing the final pieces of stress.

Moving deeper into courage,

Inspiration,

Peace and bliss.

We will do this by counting you down,

Descending from ten.

Just relax and follow the flow.

Now releasing to nine.

Allowing your body,

Mind and spirit to drop into eight.

Surrendering into seven.

Relaxing quietly into six.

Feeling the peacefulness of five.

Dropping into the stillness of four.

And deeper into three.

Releasing into the space of two.

And even deeper into one.

Experience being cradled into point nine.

Passing over into enlightenment with a point eight.

Letting go into a point seven.

Deeper a point six.

Surrendering into a point five.

Now a point four.

Point three.

Point two.

And finally resting in point one.

Ready lighting fixtures again.
