The Relax into the Stillness with Brain Waves meditation uses proprietary lower brainwaves, along with the ancient yogic Ham-Sa breathing, and a countdown to bring you into calm stillness, or restful sleep. The meditation has about 20 minutes of solid brainwaves at the end, which you can meditate with, sleep to, or turn off for a shorter experience.
