The following is an eyes open or closed stress relief exercise mixed with relaxation music,

Light occasional deep breaths,

Simple guided imagery to relax the mind,

Body,

And I love you self-esteem affirmations,

Focusing on all that is good,

Loving,

Relaxing,

And peaceful in this moment of life.

This relaxation tape is designed so that based on your physical location and activity,

You may wish to actively participate or quietly listen.

Please use at your own responsibility with conscious,

Careful common sense.

Prepare yourself to relax.

You may sit or lie down.

You may have your eyes open or closed.

Based on your physical location and activity,

You may wish to actively participate or quietly listen.

Gently breathe in a request for calmness.

And release.

And again.

And release.

Now use your senses and become the observer of yourself and your surroundings.

See as an observer.

Hear as an observer.

Smell as an observer.

Touch as an observer.

Taste as an observer.

Connect with your higher sixth sense of knowing as an observer.

And gently breathe in a request for calmness.

And again.

Is relaxation needed in your physical body?

Is relaxation needed in your upset emotions?

Is relaxation needed in your disturbed thinking?

Do you need a deeper connection to a peaceful feeling?

To feel calm with your life?

Or a higher meaning with life's present situation?

To come into peace?

To feel the compassionate love that releases all stress and anxiety?

I will now give you some guidance and direction that will help you relax.

Based on your physical location,

You may actively participate or quietly listen.

Gently breathe in a breath of relaxation.

And release.

And again.

And release.

As a quiet observer,

Consciously guide your inner attention to your left foot.

Notice that you can feel the body's alive energy in your foot without touching it.

Allow your attention to move the energy upward to the calf of your leg.

And now to your knee.

To your hips and buttocks.

Relaxing the stress as you go.

And gently breathe in a breath of relaxation.

And release.

And again.

And release.

Now as a quiet observer,

Consciously guide your inner attention to your right foot.

Allow your attention to move the energy upward to the calf of your leg.

And now up to your knee.

Feeling the energy move upward to your hips and your buttocks.

Relaxing the stress as you go.

Now tighten up and hold the muscles of your hips and your buttocks tight.

Now release.

Release the stress.

And again tighten and hold.

And now release.

Let all the tension go.

Release and feel the peaceful relaxation flowing through your body.

And gently breathe in a breath of relaxation.

And release.

And again.

And release.

Now as a quiet observer,

Consciously guide your inner attention to your stomach area,

The solar plexus.

Gently breathe in a breath of relaxation.

And release.

And again.

And release.

You feel so safe.

Release any tension you may feel in your stomach.

Guide your attention and energy upward to your heart.

Feel the warm sensations of peaceful relaxation.

Allow the loving warmth to spread to your shoulders.

To your neck and throat.

And gently breathe in a breath of relaxation.

And release.

And again.

And release.

Now feel the energy in your left hand.

Allow that energy to move upward to your left elbow.

Coming up and into the shoulders,

The neck and the throat.

And gently breathe in a breath of relaxation.

And release.

And again.

And release.

Now feel the energy in your right hand.

Feel it move upward to your right elbow.

Coming up,

The energy flows into the shoulders,

The neck and the throat,

Joining with the rest of the energy.

Feeling the relaxation.

And again,

Gently breathe in a breath of relaxation.

And release.

And release.

Now allow your attention and energy to flow upward.

Into your nose,

Your ears,

Your eyes,

Into your forehead.

And now to the top of your head,

Into your highest energy center,

Your loving and relaxed connection to the world.

Consciously experience the stillness of the moment,

The quietness of the mind.

Feel your body.

Experience the warm,

Peaceful relaxation.

Observe yourself as being a loving,

Peaceful and relaxed space.

A relaxed space rather than something stressful in it.

Observe yourself as the powerful,

Trusting space.

The trusting space rather than something anxious in it.

And no matter what happens,

Observe yourself as free to be the space.

To be the space rather than that which happens in the space.

Now come,

Let us stay in this relaxed,

Loving and peaceful state.
