My name is Joy and I will be leading your meditation today.
Take a moment to get comfortable either sitting or laying down.
When you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Let's take three deep breaths together.
Begin to relax your body,
Getting any last movements out of the way.
Relax your shoulders,
Your jaw.
Scan your body for any tension you may be holding and release it.
� With your mind's eye,
Feel or sense the worry you now carry.
View it as a helmet on top of your head.
What does it look like?
What does it feel like to wear this helmet?
What does it feel like to wear this helmet?
When you are ready to release your worry helmet,
Take both hands and remove it from your head.
Hold it as high as you can above your head.
Observe as a pair of hands takes your helmet from you.
These are the hands of your guides.
Observe as they bless it and hand it above them to another.
At last your worry helmet has made its way to the hands of source.
Observe as a worry helmet is transmuted.
Wait while source transmutes your worry.
When in this time a new helmet will land on your head.
