Welcome to this guided meditation for the 12-12 portal where we will focus on activating your Merkabah.
My name is Joy and I will be leading you through today's meditation.
To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and get comfortable,
Then close your eyes.
To calm your body and mind,
Take deep breaths in through your nose,
Filling your chest with air.
Hold for 4 seconds at the top,
Then exhale out through your mouth in an audible sigh.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your chest with air.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Place your focus at the base of your spine.
An energetic fire begins to grow and as you keep your focus on it,
It grows larger and larger.
Move this fire energy up your spine all the way to the top of your head.
When you reach the top,
Go back to the base of your spine and repeat the process.
Keep your focus on your spine and move this beautiful Kundalini energy up your spine.
Keep your focus on your spine,
Moving this energy up your body through your chakras.
Let your focus on the top of your spine,
Moving this energy up your spine.
We want to bring the energy from the bottom all the way to the top of your spine.
Keep moving it.
You should feel a lot of energy now.
It's been building for several minutes with this attention.
Just keep doing this process a little longer.
The energy around your body is changing.
It's it's spinning,
Being activated.
Think of where or with whom you'd like to connect and simply wait to be taken there.
Keep moving.
