Welcome to this guided meditation on connecting with your spirit guides.
My name is Joy Brown and I will be guiding you through this meditation.
Sit down,
Lay down,
Get comfortable,
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Take some deep breaths.
Breathing in for four seconds,
Holding for four seconds,
And then exhaling out through your mouth for four seconds.
Repeat this process.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Hold the intention that you will connect with your guides.
Hold no expectation other than meeting with them.
Release the rest.
You're walking along a path.
The ground is soft.
The scene is beautiful,
Calming place.
This place feels safe to you.
Keep walking along this path until you reach a bench.
Once you reach it,
Sit down and wait for your guides to approach you.
Thank your guides for all the wisdom and knowledge you have gained in this time together.
All that they have said will be remembered and processed.
Bring your awareness to your body,
The place you are physically in.
Slowly begin to move and open your eyes.
