This visualization came to me as a teenager and I have been using it ever since to help me release my worries. Your worry wall can hold big and little worries. Once you place a worry on the wall, it is given to Source, and you can not take it back. Use this guided meditation to release your inner worries and unburden your heart.

Welcome to this guided meditation on creating a worry wall.

My name is Joy and I will be leading your meditation today.

Take a moment to get comfortable either sitting or laying down.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Let's take three deep breaths together.

Begin to relax your body,

Getting any last movements out of the way.

Relax your shoulders and jaw.

Visualize a large room and on the back wall is a shelf.

Make your way to the shelf.

This space is special.

It is not bound by the physical limitations on earth.

This shelf is your worry wall.

It can hold your largest and smallest worries.

Once you place your worry onto the wall,

You cannot take it back.

Source is the caretaker of this wall.

It will handle all of your worries.

When you are ready,

Place your worries on the wall.

Observe how you feel now with your worries on this wall.

Are there any you are still hanging onto?

Give gratitude to Source for caring for your worries,

For taking these unnecessary burdens from you.

Bring your awareness back to your body.

Opening your eyes,

Moving your fingers.

I want to thank you for joining me on this guided journey today.

I am honored to be a part of your healing journey.

Namaste.

Simple, minimal guidance with lots of space for personal reflection. I also liked the use of Source to describe a higher power ♥️ Just what I needed 🙏🏽
