Picture yourself standing in nature.
Take a moment to look around,
Noticing what type of nature you are in.
There is an animal inside of you.
A guide ready to help you step into your power.
In your mind's eye,
Put your hands on your solar plexus area just above your belly button and ask this animal guide to be released from within you and meet with you.
