Welcome to this guided meditation for the Lions Gate Portal on August 8th.

This portal is one that strengthens our inner power and helps us step into our own power.

My name is Joy D.

Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation.

First sit,

Get comfortable and then close your eyes.

To calm,

Take some deep belly breaths,

Breathing all the way in.

Holding for 3 seconds at the top and then releasing out as a big sigh.

Yellow light is beaming down on you from your higher self and charging your solar plexus chakra and your whole body.

Stay in this yellow light for a few moments and let it absorb into you.

Stay in this blue light for a few moments and let it absorb into you.

Picture yourself standing in nature.

Take a moment to look around,

Noticing what type of nature you are in.

There is an animal inside of you.

A guide ready to help you step into your power.

In your mind's eye,

Put your hands on your solar plexus area just above your belly button and ask this animal guide to be released from within you and meet with you.

Meet with your animal guide,

Asking them about your inner power and what you can do to embody it more fully.
