Full Pink Moon

April's full moon is called the pink full moon, or Paschal Full Moon, as it is the first full moon since the start of spring. Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday after this full moon. In this guided meditation we will bring in unconditional love to assist us with this full moon energy.

Welcome to this guided meditation for the April 2022 Full Pink Moon. My name is Joy D. Fanning and I will be leading you through today's meditation. To begin, Take a seat or lay down. Move around and get comfortable. And close your eyes. To start, Take some deep breaths. Breathing all the way in, Filling the chest, Holding briefly at the top, And then releasing all the way out. As you move around, Pick up and relax. Place your hands on your heart space and place your focus on your heart. The light of you is unlimited unconditional love. Focus on this unconditional love and bathe in its energy. The light of you is unlimited unconditional love. The light of you is unlimited unconditional love. The light of you is unlimited unconditional love. Put your hands down if you like. Picture yourself floating on top of the ocean. The water is a golden pink and the full moon is shining above you. This water is unconditional love. Let it support you as you float, Feeling its energy and connecting with it. The light of you is unlimited unconditional love.
