To begin,
Take a seat or lay down,
Move around and get comfortable.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Holding for 4 seconds at the top.
And then exhale out through your mouth in an audible sigh.
Then exhale out through your nose.
Let your breathing return to normal now.
Set the intention now that you will connect with your angels and meet with them.
Give gratitude for this meeting.
In your mind's eye,
See golden and white light rays beam down on you.
Feel this energy.
Be mindful of how it makes you feel too.
This energy beam of white and golden light is on you.
Following up and up and up.
Let it lead you to where your angels are and meet with them there.
