Just begin by finding your breath.
Letting the body breathe how it wants to.
Feeling how the breath moves.
Maybe letting out some sound on the exhale.
Bringing hands to your body as you breathe.
Wherever feels good.
Maybe one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly.
Just feeling yourself.
I am here.
Allowing the face to move,
Allowing the body to rock,
Allowing any movement that naturally wants to happen in your system,
In your body.
As you continue to breathe and just allow yourself to arrive.
No rush,
Nowhere to get to,
Nothing to achieve.
Just gently inviting yourself to be here,
To meet yourself,
To meet life.
Maybe even letting gravity start to support you in landing back down on the earth.
Imagining a great big spiral,
Gently spiraling you down,
Down into your belly,
Into your hips,
Into the earth.
Breathing in this wider,
Deeper base of support.
Maybe letting out a sound from there.
And doing whatever the body wants.
It might feel nice to touch your body,
To feel your skin,
To press down on your legs,
To squeeze your arms.
It might feel nice to rest your head and your hands.
It might feel nice to move,
To circle,
To open your chest.
Anything at all here,
Letting the body lead.
Breathing,
Feeling,
Noticing,
Tracking,
Being with,
Whatever's here.
I am here.
Really feeling what it's like to be here right now.
Feeling the physical sensations in your body.
Allowing the intuitive impulses,
Following what is here,
Saying yes to what is here.
Taking one more full,
Deep breath into all of it.
And this completes your practice.
