Whatever you choose,
Be all there.
Feel free to stretch a little bit,
Work out those kinks and when you feel ready,
Coming into a stillness.
And bringing your awareness into your breath,
Just noticing the breath at first.
Allowing yourself to be with the breath in this moment.
Seeing the in breath and the out breath.
Even saying to yourself if it feels comfortable,
Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathe deeply in through the nose,
Pulling the breath all the way deep down into the lungs.
And fully and completely exhaling out.

The sacredness,
The love,
The light that others see in us?
What if we never second guessed our light,
Our greatness?
What if instead we embodied it?
We allowed ourselves to fully bask in it,
To become it.
Take a moment to just invite in this possibility that you can see yourself as others see you.
And when you feel ready,
Bring to your mind's eye someone who loves you dearly.
This could be your child,
Your partner,
Your parent,
Your pet,
Someone who thinks you're absolutely amazing.
See them in your mind's eye for a moment here.
Take a moment to think about how this person feels about you.
Think about what they would say if they talk about you to somebody else,
How they would talk about your brilliance,
Your beauty,
Your courage,
Your humor,
Your abilities,
Your strength.
Feel for a moment here the love and acceptance they feel for you.
Allow yourself to take that in.
Breathe it in.
Feel that light they see in you.
Feel that warmth.
Feel how they smile every time they think about you.
Feel what they know is possible for you.
Feel what they know you are capable of.
With your next few breaths here,
Really allow yourself to take that in.
Breathe in that love,
That acceptance,
That warmth,
That light.
Breathe it in here.
Allow yourself to receive.
Allow yourself to embody this light.

See and really witness this beauty,
