Welcome fellow meditators to this stepping into your best life visualization.

So let me ask you something.

What would it be like to actually be living your best life?

For so many of us,

We think and believe that our best lives exist somewhere outside of ourselves.

So we chase and we strive and we hustle in hopes that one day we arrive at our best lives.

This meditation is a reminder that the potential of our best lives exist right here,

Right now.

If you want to live your best life,

Your only job is to take action today that aligns with those hopes and dreams.

And one of the most powerful ways we can experience our best lives now is through visualization.

And that is what we will be practicing today.

I will ask you a series of questions.

And what you will do is just start to imagine and dream up and visualize who it is that you are and what your best life looks like.

Before we begin,

I want you to consider something.

What does it really look like to live your best life?

I know sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the expectations and the standards that our best life needs to look a certain way.

We need to have a certain number in the bank,

For example,

Or we need to quote unquote have it all.

But do we really need to have it all?

There is nothing wrong with having enough.

So today is about getting really clear on how you define your best life.

And if that's a certain number in the bank,

Own it.

And if that's I'm happy renting and I want a good amount of money for extra books,

Own that.

If that looks like traveling,

Starting your own business or having a boss because you don't want to do any of the delegating,

Own it.

So let's get started.

Getting the next moment or two here to get nice and comfortable.

So you can do this meditation either sitting or lying down.

But I highly encourage you to be in a place where you can close down your eyes.

And starting to connect with the breath here.

Noticing the softness of the breath,

The warmth of the breath,

The ease of the breath.

Really using that breath to bring our awareness into the present moment.

And we'll take three grounding centering breaths here together.

Exhaling out the breath.

Big big inhale through the nose,

Filling up the lungs all the way to the very top.

And then fully exhaling,

Letting it go.

Two more times.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Filling up the lungs.

Big big breath.

And then exhale fully and completely let it go.

One more time.

Inhale.

And fully exhale.

Your best life is your best self.

So in your mind's eye,

Tapping into that imagination,

Start to picture your best self sitting or standing right in front of you,

Just like your best friend would.

And start to notice things about this person.

Maybe noticing the hair.

Noticing the way your best self decided to dress.

Noticing the expression.

Maybe there's an energy being exuded from your best self.

Allow this image of your best self to be as vivid as possible.

Seeing if you can hone in on some of those details.

What is your best self's posture like?

How is he or she standing?

Is there an emotion coming up?

Really start to see your best self.

And holding that vision of your best self in your mind's eye,

Seeing your best self so clearly here.

And when you really feel and see that clear vision,

Step forward and allow yourself to unite with your best self to create one being.

You literally stepping into your best self.

Now from this perspective of your best self,

Who is this person?

Who are you as you stand in the energy of your best self?

Are you confident,

Centered,

Powerful,

Excited,

Aligned,

Joyful,

Funny,

Caring?

Good words or feelings or sensations come up for you when you stand in the energy of your best self.

Allowing yourself to really feel it in your own body in this moment.

Remember you are this person.

What energy do you emanate?

Does it have a color?

Does it have a vibe to it?

What do other people experience when they're in your presence?

How do you feel in your body and your life?

Does it feel light?

Does it feel warm?

Does it feel exciting?

Allowing yourself to feel into that energy.

And lastly,

What does your best self experience on a daily basis?

What do your days look like?

Imagining yourself here,

Moving through your ideal day and your best life.

See yourself experiencing it.

And taking a breath here,

Breathing in through the nose,

Really feeling into the sensations of your best self and your best life and exhale,

Letting it go.

Let's do it one more time together.

Inhale,

Breathe it in.

And exhale,

Breathe it out.

And as we start to close up the energy around this visualization,

I want to remind you that you can come back to this meditation and this visualization anytime you'd like.

Your best life and your best self are accessible right now.

You have just planted the seeds of your best life.

Taking intentional time to visualize and feel what it's like to be living your best life will set you up for attracting in the experiences that align with that energy.

Give yourself a few more moments here to come out of this energy,

Trusting that it's there at any time you want to access it again.
