Good morning,
I'm so glad you're here.
Before this new day begins,
Just take a moment to simply arrive here.
In mind and in body.
Feeling the ground beneath you.
Taking one slow breath in through the nose.
And letting it go.
This is your time to set the tone for your day.
And open yourself up.
To all the good that is on its way to you.
Repeating these words silently or aloud.
And claiming them as your truth.
I welcome this day with an open heart.
I live in a world full of good things.
I am rich in so many ways.
There is enough for me and for everyone.
Good things come into my life easily.
Good things come into my life in ways seen and unseen.
I am open to what this day brings.
Abundance shows up in countless small ways.
I notice the richness already present in my life.
