Welcome.
To this short guided meditation.
To help you tune into your own deep wisdom.
Somewhere in you is the version of you who knows what is true about this moment.
And what you need to hear.
Today,
We're going to pay them a visit.
Bring a question,
If you have one.
And if you don't.
Just come curious.
Let's begin.
Settling into a comfortable position.
One where you feel both relaxed and alert.
Letting the body become still and heavy.
And when you're ready,
Gently closing your eyes.
Taking a slow,
Easy breath in through the nose.
And a long breath out.
And again,
Breathing in.
And breathing all the way out.
And you might imagine yourself walking down a quiet path.
It can look however you like.
A forest.
An ocean side.
A softly lit hallway.
With every step you feel a little more calm.
A little more open.
And up ahead,
Someone is waiting for you.
And that person is you.
Maybe older or simply clearer.
The you who has grown through everything you're facing now.
Noticing how they stand.
How they look at you.
Noticing that there is no judgment in their eyes.
Notice what is there instead.
And as you walk up to them.
If you brought a question.
You may ask it now.
Silently,
In your own words,
And then simply be quiet inside and listen.
The answer may come as words.
Or it may come as an image.
Or just a feeling.
Whatever comes.
Let it come.
And before you go.
Your wisest self has one more thing to offer you.
Something they want you to know.
About who you are becoming.
Taking a few moments here.
And just receive it.
And now thanking them in whatever way feels right.
Knowing that this meeting place is always here for you.
You can return whenever you need to.
And you can begin walking back up the path.
Carrying what you received.
And closing with a few gentle affirmations.
The wisdom I need is already in me.
I trust my inner knowing.
I am becoming who I am meant to be.
I can return to this place anytime.
Taking a deeper breath in.
And letting it go.
At your own pace,
Coming back into the room.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Take a moment before you move on.
You might even write down what came to you.
Take care,
And I'll see you again soon.
