Journey Into the Crystal Mountain

A compelling guided meditation to experience the healing properties of the Crystal energy and to balance our Chakras.

Transcript

Find a comfortable place to lie down,

Flat on your back.

Place your arms on your sides,

With palms facing up.

Close your eyes.

Take in a few deep breaths,

Inhale through the nose,

And exhale through the mouth.

As you exhale,

Let go of the tension in your physical body.

Let go of the thoughts that are on your mind.

Just focus on your breath.

Breathe in and breathe out,

And allow your body to relax.

With each breath,

Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed,

And your mind becoming quiet.

Just go with the flow of your breath.

While you breathe,

You hear the wind outside whistling,

Inviting you for a journey to the Crystal Mountain.

You feel the wind coming closer,

And carrying you gently outside,

And placing on a crystal white path that is leading up to the mountain.

See yourself standing on this crystal path,

Looking around.

It is dark and quiet,

With clear skies filled with bright stars,

And the fluorescent light of a big full moon brightening your path.

Start walking on this crystal path that is elevating gradually,

And the wind is in your company,

Circulating in the surroundings.

Halfway through the path,

You are passing by a beautiful scenery of a valley.

Stop for a minute,

And with the reflection of the moonlight,

You are observing this magnificent beauty of the nature.

You hear the sound of the waterfalls running down the valley.

You feel the cool breeze,

And breathe the fresh air.

You absorb the amazing energy of this beautiful nature,

Feeling more energized,

And continue to walk,

Moving higher,

And getting closer to the mountain.

You are in a quite high altitude,

And soon arrive to the ground of the mountain.

Now you are standing in front of a beautiful mountain,

Embedded with sparkling crystals,

Gemstones,

Rocks of different colors and shapes.

While you are staring at this amazing,

Sparkling mountain,

You feel a current running under your feet.

You look down,

And you see the ground is filled with precious red rubies and garnet stones.

You feel the energy from these stones coming in through the bottom of your feet,

Moving up to your legs,

Knees,

Thighs,

Up to the base of your spine,

And into your root chakra.

Feel the energy circulating in and around this chakra,

Clearing,

Balancing your root chakra.

You feel grounded and energized.

Taking few steps higher from the ground,

There you notice a small gravel road extending to the top of the mountain.

As you approach this gravel road,

You notice piles of orange carnelian stones on both sides of the road.

As you get closer,

You feel the energy from these orange carnelians pointing to your toes,

Feeling your feet moving up slowly to your ankles,

Up to your knees,

Thighs,

Lower abdomen,

And pouring into your sacral chakra.

Feel the energy moving in and around this chakra,

Cleansing,

Healing,

And balancing the sense of enjoyment.

Continue to walk.

Take a step up on the gravel road and continue to walk.

You're walking and looking around.

In a short distance ahead,

You notice a small tunnel connecting the road to the other side of the mountain.

Soon you arrive to the tunnel and enter.

The walls of the tunnel are embedded with bright yellow citrine crystals.

Standing in the middle,

You extend your arms out,

Touching the walls with your hands.

You feel the energy of these yellow citrine crystals entering through the palms of your hands,

Traveling to your arms,

Shoulders,

Pouring down to your stomach and into your solar plexus chakra.

Feel the intensity of this energy as it starts pulsing,

Clearing the blockages and balancing your solar plexus chakra.

You feel super energized.

The more energized you get,

The more excited you become to explore this magical mountain.

Taking a deep breath,

You let go of your hands and exit the tunnel and continue to walk.

The road is twisting and turning and you find yourself on the back side of the mountain with a big opening on your left,

Where you have a nice and broad view of the mountain surroundings.

And to your right,

The entire side of this part of the mountain is filled with green emeralds,

Jades,

Malachite rocks,

Tourmaline crystals.

And in the center,

You notice a formation of rose quartz crystals.

You get closer and lean your chest,

Touching the surface of the crystals.

You feel the soothing,

Healing green energy coming in through your chest and filling your heart chakra.

And the warm energy of the rose quartz crystals gently entering into the core of your heart chakra.

Taking a deep breath and feel the energy circulating in and around your heart chakra.

Feeling intense love in your heart.

Pull yourself back slowly.

You are just amazed at the healing properties of these beautiful crystals.

You are now in quite high elevation and getting closer and closer to the top of the mountain.

Alongside of the road,

You notice a big spread of blue lapis rocks of different sizes.

Some of the rocks sparkling with blue sapphires.

You feel the energy of these lasso lapis rocks reaching your throat,

Clearing,

Healing,

Balancing your throat chakra.

Moving steps higher,

On the side of a cliff,

You'll see a crystal bed full of pointy,

Sheer aqua crystals.

Indigo rocks.

The more you stare at these aqua crystals,

The brighter your eyesight becomes.

Slowly close your eyes and see the energy of these magical aqua crystals pointing to your forehead.

Feel the energy shooting into your third eye chakra,

Clearing and activating your third eye vision and balancing.

Open your eyes slowly and continue to walk.

With a few more steps higher,

You arrive to the top of the mountain that is covered with purple lavender amethyst crystals.

You feel the energy of these amethysts hovering above your head,

Clearing and balancing your crown chakra.

You see yourself standing on the top of this crystal mountain and looking up to the skies and beyond.

Here appears a golden,

Six-pointed star shimmering with golden light.

Sunlight pointing to the crown of your head and igniting your entire body from within and without.

And the light expanding and filling your aura.

Feel super vibrant,

Uplifted,

Rejuvenated and liberated.

See yourself like a beacon of light,

Brightening your surrounding and the entire planet.

And know that you are a point of light within the universal light.

Wherever you are,

Stand tall and let your light shine.

Let it shine.

Let it shine.

Let your light guide humanity into the golden ages of pure love,

Peace,

Unity and harmony.

Stand tall and let your light shine.

Take a deep breath and settle down your energy body.

Here comes the wind,

Carrying you gently and placing you down where you were lying.

Become aware of your physical body.

Engage with your physical senses as you slowly open your eyes and the image of the crystal mountain printed in your memory.

Becoming aware of your breath,

Your feet,

Your hands.

As if you are awakening up from a dream and you hear the wind leaving quietly.
