I am Ashkin and my topic is on exploring past lives the concept of a past life and certain techniques on how to access past life information and their benefits.
So what is a past life?
The concept of a past life refers to the belief that a person's spirit has lived previous lives before their current one and a person's current life is not their first existence but rather a continuation of their soul's journey through multiple reincarnations.
The idea of reincarnation is that after death an individual may be born into another body and this idea exists in various religions for thousands of years.
The idea of past life is commonly associated with religious traditions such as Hinduism and Buddhism and although other major religions do not believe in reincarnation there are particular groups within these religions do.
A proportion of people from all religions believe in past lives regardless of the teachings of their faith.
There is also a widely held spiritual belief that each of us goes through a series of lifetimes for the purpose of spiritual growth and soul development so that it comes out of the cycle of birth and death.
It is said now that more people on the planet believe in reincarnation and they are open to the idea of having a past life.
Now how to remember your past life?
Past lives can be accessed through several techniques.
The first one is past life regression therapy.
This is a therapy that involves being guided into a relaxed state of mind and accessing memories from past lives.
According to spiritual and energy healing studies it states that we all have a cellular energetic body that holds our cellular memories.
The cellular body is like an energetic memory box that contains the history of all our lives experiences or events that we have been through in our previous lives and it continues to register and store our new experiences in our present life.
The cellular body is pretty much like a computer with stored data and the data in this case is the information about all our soul's journey throughout time and space of many lives.

So every time we reincarnate even though we are born in a new physical body with a new appearance,
We live in different cultural settings or countries or have different parents and know many different people.
However,
Our same cellular memory come back with us to have a new life experiences and give us the opportunity to heal and release our past lives unpleasant memories or emotions that no longer serves us.
However,
What happens is when we reincarnate we have no memory of our previous lives.
Basically we forget about our previous existences and we embrace our present life as the only life we have to live.
So past life regression therapy becomes a handy tool to remember.
It is conducted by a trained experienced practitioner who uses techniques like guided imagery or visualization to help you access these memories.
Past life regression therapy can be a powerful tool for gaining insights into patterns or emotional behaviors such as sadness or fears that may be rooted in past lives.
To give you an example about fear,
There was a lady who had a supply of food in the trunk of her car and at the end of the day she took inventory of the food and replaced the ones that she consumed on daily basis and she would add more food to the supply.
She had absolutely no clue why she was hauling all the food around all the time in her car despite the fact she knew she could stop and purchase food anywhere as she desires.
So she was introduced to past life regression therapy and was curious to find out the cause and the mystery behind her behavior.
And what she had discovered was in her previous life she had died when she was a five year old due to a hunger as she was traveling.
So the fear of the hunger was registered in her cellular memories and those memories came back with her to her current life where she made sure to have enough food around her when traveling.
So the fear of dying of food shortage or hunger was the root cause of her behavior in her present life and once she understood why,
She stopped doing it.
Sometimes you might find clues to some of the questions you have,

You can set your intention before you start meditating.

Say I want to access memories from a past life that can help me understand,
Understand the fear that I am experiencing,
For example.
And as you meditate,

Dreams can be another powerful way to access memories from past lives.
Having dreams of being in unfamiliar places or meeting and communicating with people that you have never met before,
Or having vivid dreams that feels significant or memorable.
Try to look for symbols in your dreams that may relate to a past life experience.
Intuitive insights.
Sometimes memories from past lives can come up during our day-to-day life.
For example,
When you have a deja vu about a certain place that you visit for the first time,
The place looks so familiar that triggers a memory from your past life.
Or when you meet a person or see someone for the first time,

Our soul recognizes the person's soul from a past life being together.

And be able to steer the direction of their life with less challenge and more confidence.
And profound peace and joy.
