"Merkaba" Teaching & Activation

"Merkaba" is known as an ascension vehicle, the "Chariot" of the soul; it is an ancient Egyptian term translated as Mer means light, Ka means soul, and Ba refers to the body. "Merkaba" is a crystalline energy field in the shape of a star tetrahedron surrounding the physical body and its activation is essential to balance body, mind, and spirit.

Hello and welcome my name is Ashken and my topic today is about the Markaba what is Markaba and how does it work?

Then I will lead you with a guided visualization to activate your Markaba and for setting the intention for manifestation.

The word Markaba is an ancient Egyptian term translates as mer means light,

Ka means soul and ba refers to the body.

Markaba is known as an ascension vehicle also known as the chariot of the soul.

We all have Markaba it is the main structure of our light body.

Markaba is a crystalline energy field in a shape of a star tetrahedron surrounding our physical body that balances and harmonizes our mind body and spirit.

The star tetrahedron consists of two intersecting equal size triangular tetrahedrons set in opposite direction.

The tetrahedron pointing up the baseline beginning at lower abdomen and extending up several feet above the head.

This tetrahedron represents the male or the masculine energetic aspect of us.

It's referred as father or God.

It is the electric energy known as the alpha energy field and the other tetrahedron pointing down the baseline beginning across the chest and pointing downwards several feet below the feet.

This one represents the female or the feminine energy aspect of us that refers to as mother or goddess.

It is a magnetic energy known as Omega energy field.

So this Markaba energy field normally spins around our physical body.

However for most of us the spinning motion of the Markaba have slowed down or in some cases have stopped spinning or spinning properly.

Markaba's activation is essential in order to achieve ascension and ascension in a sense of awakening to our full cosmic awareness and the activation of the Markaba results in deeper contact with your higher self and will strengthen every aspect of your life and being.

So when the Markaba is activated the two tetrahedrons begin to spin in opposite direction and create a sphere of a star tetrahedron and as the tetrahedron spins it generates light and higher frequencies that's penetrating to enhance the subatomic cells and the molecular structure of the physical body which holds the supreme intelligence of source.

And when the cells are activated with this higher voltage of light frequency it activates your cellular memory where you start remembering information and details about your previous existences.

For instance such as recalling your past experiences from other lives.

In other words when your Markaba activates you will awaken to your full consciousness and awareness and to your divine nature and multi-dimensional self.

Your Markaba is in constant communication and connection with all of source.

It is your creative matrix that allows you to align your intention with the universal energy and create any reality you wish to manifest and this can be achieved through the activation of the Markaba and through the intention setting which we will be doing shortly.

Now a note for intention setting.

Our intention is very powerful.

When you are setting your intention to manifest something make sure that it is for serving a higher purpose or you are intending for a cause that serves your highest good and the highest good of all.

And plus be specific.

For example if you want to manifest money don't say you want to win the lottery or million dollars.

Instead set your intentions by asking for divine abundance to fulfill your commitment for yourself and others or divine abundance to provide your needs on all levels physical,

Emotional,

Mental and spiritual.

So the teaching of the Markaba is an ancient wisdom that has been taught for many centuries including in times of ancient Egypt,

Atlantis and Lumerians.

And in this past century the current teaching of the Markaba has been reintroduced to societies all over by authors,

Metaphysical and consciousness teachers through the teaching of the sacred geometry.

Sacred geometry is considered an ancient science that explores and explains the energy patterns that create and unify all things.

Sacred geometry teaches every natural pattern,

Energetic pattern of growth or movement in the universe creates a geometric shapes such as triangles,

Squares,

Circles,

Spirals or intersecting lines and angles.

Each shape serves a specific purpose in our lives and beings.

Astrologers use this method of calculating and measuring the movements of the stars and planets to prepare an astrological birth chart.

So sacred geometry is referred to as the architecture of the universe.

The patterns,

The shapes are found throughout the natural world.

It's all around us.

For example look around you right now and see how many objects you can find that have a geometric shape like tables,

Chairs,

Windows etc.

So we have the energetic blueprint of those geometric shapes in our energy field and Markaba is one of them.

So next we will be doing the guided visualization to activate the Markaba.

Let's get ready.

Sit in a comfortable position with feet straight on the ground,

Palms up in your lap or you may choose any comfortable position to sit.

Just close your eyes and take in three deep breaths,

Inhaling in and out through the nose.

As you inhale,

Hold your breath and then as you exhale just push the breath down to your lower abdomen and then breathing up again through the nose.

As you exhale just push the energy down to your lower abdomen and repeat the cycle three times.

Very slowly breathe in through the nose,

Hold and then exhale by pushing the breath down.

Now as you breathe in and out feel the energy of your breath flowing throughout your entire body,

Clearing all the stagnant energy.

Feel your body unwinding and relaxing deeper and deeper and now feel the flow of your breath circulating through the seven chakras,

Beginning from the crown chakra at the top of your head all the way down to the root chakra.

With each breath focusing on each chakra,

Feel your breath flowing smoothly and balancing the seven chakras.

With each breath focus on a specific chakra and feel how the energy is flowing from one chakra to the next,

From the crown chakra to the third eye chakra,

The throat chakra,

The heart chakra,

The solar plexus chakra,

The sacral chakra and the root chakra.

Just feel the energy of your breath flowing through these chakras smoothly and balancing.

Now shift your awareness slowly higher to your forehead and envision your Markaba in a shape of a big star tetrahedron surrounding your physical body.

See yourself in the center of your star tetrahedron,

The Markaba.

The Markaba consists of two intersecting equal-sized tetrahedrons in opposite direction.

The tetrahedron pointing upward.

The baseline begins at your lower abdomen area and extends several feet above your head.

Just get a clear vision of this upper tetrahedron.

And the other tetrahedron pointing down.

The baseline beginning at your shoulders and extending down several feet below your feet.

Now see your Markaba clearly standing still around your physical body and you are in the center of your Markaba.

Now let's activate the Markaba,

Each one spinning at the same rate but in opposite direction.

The tetrahedron pointing up is spinning from left to right clockwise.

And the other tetrahedron pointing down is spinning from right to left counterclockwise.

Feel and see the motion of your Markaba as the two tetrahedrons begin to spin slowly at the same rate but the opposite direction.

Now feel the movement of the energy as the tetrahedrons are spinning.

As they spin they become like a big star tetrahedron generating and creating a sphere of crystal light field energy around your body.

See that light field growing larger in a saucer shape and expanding by the force of the spinning Markaba.

Now while the Markaba is spinning breathe in in a circular pattern seven breaths in and out through the nose with each breath focusing on the seven chakras at the same time.

This further fuels your Markaba and generates more light and higher frequency that raises your vibration and energy level.

Now see yourself inside your Markaba surrounded with a sphere of white and golden light and see your Markaba in a balanced spinning motion.

Now see this image integrating in your consciousness.

You feel a sense of wholeness and complete.

Your body is at ease and your mind at peace.

Now while your Markaba is spinning tune into this prayer for intention setting and for manifestation.

In the presence of God mighty I am presence I humbly pray with all my heart and soul and ask for divine abundance to manifest through personal fortune and success for I am willing to move beyond fear in order to fulfill God's plan here on earth and beyond.

I now fully open myself to receive divine abundance in order to be able to fulfill my commitments to myself and others.

In God's name I accept my divine heritage right now and I am grateful for the timely answer to this prayer.

God's will be done.

My beloved subconscious mind I lovingly command that you take this thought form prayer to God with all the vital forces needed and necessary to manifest and demonstrate this prayer in divine timing.

Amen.

Now take in a deep breath and release this prayer to universe.

Let the rain of blessings fall.

See the universal light in a form of a rain showering down on you and around you and know that whatever you intended your Markaba is now processing and working on it completely.

As you asked so shall you receive.

Now let go of the vision take in a deep breath and bring your awareness back to your physical body to where you're sitting.

Become aware of your physical body.

Engage with your physical senses when you're ready.

Open your eyes and be fully present.

Now every time you feel depleted in energy just do this meditation and activate your Markaba to balance and harmonize your body mind and spirit.
