The Lord's Prayer Our Father who art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come,

Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread,

Forgive us our trespasses,

As we forgive those who trespass against us,

And lead us not into temptation,

But deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

The power,

And glory forever and ever.

Amen.

The Lord's Prayer is a universal prayer.

It is meant to heal our physical and spirit bodies.

Each phrase from the prayer activates,

Heals,

And balances the chakras in our spirit body.

Just tune in and follow my voice.

Sit comfortably,

Close your eyes,

And take in few deep breaths.

Inhale and exhale,

And allow your body to relax.

Shift your awareness slowly higher,

Higher to your head and above your head.

Become aware of your crown chakra and the colour violet,

Lavender.

Breathe in and breathe out,

And focus on your crown chakra.

Dear Father,

We are acknowledging the presence of God within us.

God is both male and female.

The masculine and the feminine aspects of us.

Father,

Mother,

God.

Feel your crown chakra balanced.

Bring your awareness gently down to your forehead.

Become aware of your third eye in the centre of your forehead.

Become aware of the colour turquoise indigo blue.

The third eye is the window to your spirit.

Through the third eye we connect to the spiritual realms.

We can see light beings,

Ascended masters,

Spiritual teachers,

Guides,

Angels.

Become aware of your third eye and feel it active and balanced.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Who are in heaven.

Bring your awareness down to your throat chakra.

Become aware of the colour royal blue.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Hallowed be thy name.

We deliver God's messages through our spoken words.

We are asking God to guide us with our verbal expressions.

To enable us to speak our divine truth.

We are asking God to speak through us.

As we are cautious with our words.

To speak of kind and gentle.

To be cautious with our verbal expressions.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel your throat chakra cleared and balanced.

Bring your awareness further down to your heart chakra.

Become aware of the colour green.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We are asking God to dominate our heart.

The heart is the cradle of our soul.

God lives in our heart.

We are asking God to rule our heart.

For us to feel the unconditional love and compassion within our heart.

As you breathe in and breathe out.

Feel your heart expanding and contracting with each inhale and exhale.

Feel your heart opening up to where you are able to receive love and give love unconditionally.

Feel the warmth and gentleness of your heart chakra and feel it open and balanced.

Bring your awareness gently down to your solar plexus chakra.

Become aware of the colour bright yellow.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And focus on your solar plexus.

Give us this day our daily bread.

We are asking God to be in action within us.

We are asking the will of God to manifest and materialise through our work,

Intention,

Interaction.

We are asking God's infinite creativity,

Divine knowledge and wisdom to unfold from within us and around us,

Empowering us.

Feel God's presence within your power centre that is empowering you.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Feel your solar plexus chakra active and balanced.

Bring your awareness down to your sacral chakra.

Become aware of the colour orange.

Take in a deep breath and exhale.

Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

We are asking God to be in charge of our emotions,

To give us the ability and the understanding so we are able to forgive,

Forgive those who have hurt us,

Forgive those who have caused us pain and suffering.

We are asking God to give us the courage and the understanding to release and let go of all the emotions that do not serve our highest God.

We are asking for forgiveness and healing,

Releasing the experiences from the past that are interfering with our spiritual growth.

We release and let go,

Let go,

Let go.

As we let go,

We embrace our true emotions of joy,

Happiness and acceptance.

Breathe in and breathe out and feel your emotional body healed and balanced.

Bring your awareness down to your root chakra.

Become aware of the colour red at the base of your spine.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Focus on your root chakra.

Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.

We are asking God to guide us and lead us always.

To become aware of our mistakes and to not repeat over and over again.

We are asking God to help us clear our consciousness of fear,

Guilt,

Anger and resentment.

We are asking for protection for now and always.

Breathe in and breathe out and feel your root chakra balanced and stable.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Slowly shift your awareness higher,

Higher,

Higher above your head.

And envision a burst of brilliant and bright golden light.

For thine is the kingdom,

The power and glory forever and ever.

We are praising God as the highest aspect of ourselves that is glorified with infinity and for eternity forever and ever.

And we say amen.

We accept it as it's done.

Feel your spirit in those elevated dimensions of light.

Feel the calm and the peacefulness that is surrounding you from within and without.

See yourself surrounded with God's brilliant,

Brilliant Christ Light that is empowering you and nurturing your entire being.

Feel your bodies,

Physical,

Emotional,

Mental and spiritual,

Are in balance and harmony and aligned completely with your higher self,

The mighty I AM presence that is surrounded with brilliant golden light.

Take a deep breath and as you exhale,

Feel yourself gently coming down,

Slowly.

Feel your awareness coming down and settling.

Become aware of your physical body.

Engage with your physical senses.

Become aware of your breath.

Feel the calmness of your body and the quietness of your mind.

Feel a sense of wholeness and completion.

Feel your spirit rejuvenated.

Engage with your physical senses.

Come back to the here and now.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and be fully present.
