Hello and welcome.
I am Ashkin and my topic is on psychic development.
In this session,
I will explain what are the psychic senses and then I will lead you with a guided meditation so you can explore your psychic senses and discover which one of your psychic senses is the most dominant and further learn how to develop your psychic skills.
So what are the psychic senses?
Psychic senses also known as spiritual or energetic senses.
They are our intuitive senses.
We all have intuition and our intuitive senses don't require any physical sources in order for us to experience them.
And I always remind people that we are energetic spiritual beings having physical experiences.
So our psychic senses are beyond the physical senses.
They are our energetic senses.
These psychic senses are known as clairs.
The word clair means clear.
They are type of psychic abilities that correspond to the five senses of seeing,
Hearing,
Feeling,
Smelling,
And tasting.
So how do we experience our psychic senses?
Usually there are energetic informations floating around us all the time.
And just like a radio wave,
We can tune into the information that is coming through.
So when we tap into our intuition and spirit energy,
Our mind and body becomes flooded with mental impressions,
Such as thoughts,
Images,
Feelings,
Sounds,
Taste,
And smell.
And when our psychic senses are developed,
We will be able to interpret the energetic messages or the informations that are coming through our psychic senses,
Whether it's through seeing,
Feeling,
Sound,
Taste,
Or smell.
And this is how the psychic readings are performed.
Now,
What are the clair senses?
First is clairvoyance,
Means clear seeing.
It is the ability to see or have visions.
And this happens when visions from past,
Present,
And future flashes through our mind's eye or the third eye.
Second clair is clairaudience,
Means clear hearing.
This is when we hear words,
Sounds,
Or music in our mind's voice.
For example,
When we listen to our intuition,
We hear our inner voice.
And sometimes we hear a buzzing or ear ringing.
All these are energetic or spiritual hearing.
Third is clairsentience,
Means clear feeling.
This is when we are able to feel others' emotions or feelings or their physical pain.
And also when we get a strong gut feeling,
Whether it's positive or negative,
About someone we just met.
We kind of feel sensations of their energy or vibrations.
The fourth clair is clairalience,
Means clear smelling.
This is being able to smell odors or scents that don't actually have any kind of physical sources.
For example,
Smelling the perfume of deceased relatives or certain smells connects us to past memories,
Like a scent of a flower.
The fifth clair is known as clairaustance,
Means clear tasting.
And this is the ability to taste something that isn't actually there.
This happens when,
For example,
A deceased loved one is trying to communicate a memory that is associated with a particular food that reminds us of them.
Or when we talk about a lemon,
For example,
We feel the sour taste in our mouth.
There is another clair known as claircognizance.
This means clear knowing.
In other words,
It is inner knowing or sudden knowing.
It is the sense of knowing something without having any reason to know.
When we have knowledge about people or events that we don't have any prior information.
It's like a premonition of something that will happen in the future.
Some people have one dominant clair or others could have two or three of their clairs dominant.
So to find out about your clair senses,
Your psychic senses,
I will guide you with meditation and visualization where you will explore your spiritual or psychic senses.
During the meditation,
Try not to analyze your senses and just follow through and get the full experience.
And when we are done with the meditation,
You will have a clear idea about your clair senses and you'll find out which one is the most dominant and work on developing the others.
So let's get ready for the meditation.
Find a comfortable position to sit,
Feet flat on the ground,
Palms up in your lap,
Take in a few deep breaths and allow your body to relax.
Let go of all the thoughts that are occupying your mind and just focus on your breath.
Breathe in and breathe out and with each breath,
Feel your body relaxing deeper and deeper and your mind becoming more and more quiet.
Now shift your awareness slowly higher,
Higher to your forehead and become aware of your third eye chakra.
Now looking through the third eye,
Envision yourself walking on a crystal path that is leading up to a beautiful etheric garden.
It is dark outside and as you look up,
You'll see a beautiful full moon brightening your path.
It is a beautiful starry night with clear skies.
Now soon you are arriving to this beautiful etheric garden and standing in front of the gate of the garden.
You notice the gate opening slowly.
Go ahead and enter.
Now you are inside this beautiful garden that is surrounded by beautiful colorful flowers,
Trees,
Plants.
Looking around,
You are amazed by the beauty of this garden.
Looking at the flowers of all kinds and colors,
There is this one particular flower that grabs your attention and you feel drawn to this particular flower.
Get closer and feel the texture of the flower.
Look at its vivid color.
Does the flower have any scent?
Try to smell it.
What sensations do you feel as you touch and smell?
Does this flower remind you of anyone,
Any events in your life?
Now continue walking through the garden.
There you will hear the sounds of the birds chirping as they fly from one tree to the next.
Do you hear the sounds of the birds?
How pleasant that feels.
Hear the chirping of the birds.
Now keep walking.
Do you smell the smell of herbs,
The plants or any smell that comes to your awareness?
Do you see any insects flying or do you see any other animals in the garden?
Just keep wandering,
Going in deeper.
How do you feel?
Does any animal appear and what is your connection with that animal?
Any memories come to your awareness,
Feelings?
Now continue walking deeper into the garden.
Here you will hear the sound of a water running by your side.
Just follow that sound of the water.
The sound is leading you to a beautiful waterfall inside the garden.
Get closer and feel the water with your feet,
With your hands.
Go ahead if you like to wash your face.
Just play with the water.
What memories come to your mind?
What does this remind you of?
How does it feel?
Now next to the waterfall you notice a bench.
Is it wooden or a stone bench?
Walk over and take a seat on the bench and relax.
It feels so serene,
Peaceful as you sit there looking around and enjoying this beautiful atmosphere.
Just enjoy the quietness and the calmness.
And there you notice two butterflies flying around you.
One of the butterflies lands on your hand and the other one on the top of your head.
Do you feel the sensation as these beautiful butterflies land on your physical body?
Now the butterflies gently leave.
Now stand up and keep walking deeper into the garden.
There you will see a bright,
Bright golden light coming through the trees in the far distance in the garden.
Just follow that light walking,
Taking steps towards this golden light.
Now as you get closer and closer,
Stop for a minute looking at this beautiful golden light.
A light being appears.
Spirit being.
Do you recognize this being?
Could be a spiritual teacher,
The spirit of a loved one.
This light being is revealing messages to you.
Do you hear the messages?
Is it clear what's coming through to your psyche?
Do you feel comfortable with this light being?
This could be one of your spirit guides at this time.
Now that you've met this spirit being and got the messages,
Now turn around and walk back to the garden.
Now you are walking by the bench where you sat at.
You see the waterfall.
You hear the sounds of the water following the stream,
Taking you back to the center of the garden where you saw the animals.
You hear the sounds of the birds again and the flowers.
Now continue to walk to the gate and exit and get on the path,
The crystal path that took you up.
Now you are going down,
Walking down,
Back to the room to where you're sitting and bring your full awareness back to your physical body.
Engage with your physical senses.
Become aware of your feet,
Your hands.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and be fully present.
Well,
I hope you enjoyed your meditation being in the beautiful garden,
Your experience being there.
Now remember which one of your senses you experienced the most.
And the senses that came very naturally,
You felt them easily,
You experienced them naturally,
Is your most dominant sense,
Psychic sense.
For example,
Seeing the colors of the flowers vividly,
This indicates your strong dominant sense is clairvoyance.
Hearing the sounds of the birds,
Waterfall or messages clearly,
This indicates your dominant clairsense is clairaudience.
Feeling emotions or having memories when you saw the flowers or when you first entered and saw the setting of the garden and how you felt as you touched the flower or the water or the butterfly,
All these sensations indicates your dominant clair is clairsentient.
Smelling the scent of flowers,
Trees,
Plants or other scents such as herbs,
Spices or food,
It indicates your dominant sense is clairallience.
And tasting something that wasn't actually there,
Such as taste of food or a particular herb or spice that reminded you of a deceased loved one in spirit,
It indicates your dominant sense is clairagustence.
So now that you know which one is your most dominant psychic sense,
Practice it more often to develop it further.
And practice the ones that you didn't experience with this meditation that we just did.
Or you can create your own vision,
Meditation and the setting where you can envision yourself being there,
For example,
Being at the beach or the mountain or any place that your awareness takes you.
It is ideal to have all the psychic senses developed equally.
So the more you practice,
The clearer become your clairs.
And remember,
Practice makes perfect.
