Find a comfortable place to lie down.

Flat on your back.

Place your arms on your sides.

With palms facing up.

Close your eyes.

Take in a deep breath,

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Take in another deep breath and as you exhale release the tension in your physical body.

And take one more deep breath and with your exhale let go of all the thoughts that are occupying your mind.

Any worries,

Any concerns you may have.

Just feel these thoughts floating away from your mind.

And now breathe in and out normal.

As you breathe allow your body to relax.

Relax your feet,

Knees,

Back,

Chest and shoulders.

Relax your neck and your head.

With each inhale and exhale feel your body relaxing deeper and deeper.

And your mind becoming more and more quiet.

Now just focus on your breath.

As you breathe deeper and longer.

Feel your body becoming heavier and falling in deeper.

As you are about to fall asleep.

Yet you are aware of your surroundings.

Now looking through your third eye.

See your astral light body which is identical to your physical body.

Except it's transparent,

Clear but you can see through.

See your light body separating from your physical body.

And drifting higher slowly.

Moving up gently to the ceiling and out to the sky.

See yourself flying in the sky.

Looking down you can see your house,

Your neighborhood,

Town and the city.

As you fly higher your vision expands to where you can see the entire planet earth.

As you keep rising higher and higher.

You find yourself standing in the center of a vast universe.

You can see everywhere and everything.

You can see the other planets,

The stars and many dimensions of light.

You are now observing your surroundings in those higher dimensions.

With an amazement it looks magical and feels very serene and peaceful.

While looking around in a far distance you notice a trail of bright stars coming towards you.

Next you find yourself surrounded by beautiful seven stars sparkling with vibrant colors.

As the stars circulate around you,

You feel drawn to their colors and energies.

You notice the first star appealing closer,

Vibrating with bright red color.

As you focus on this red star you see its red energy directed to your root chakra.

Feel the energy of this red star reaching your root chakra.

Feeling in and around your base area,

Clearing,

Balancing and energizing your root chakra.

The second star with beautiful orange color moves closer to you.

As it gets closer you feel its orange energy around your lower abdomen area,

Circulating in and around your sacral chakra,

Healing and balancing your emotional body.

Take a minute and release emotions of pain and hurt.

As you release you feel much lighter and relieved.

Next,

You see the third star projecting its powerful yellow energy to your solar plexus chakra.

As this energy reaches your solar plexus,

Pulsing,

Clearing and balancing,

See your solar plexus ignited like a beautiful bright sun.

Feel this yellow energy uplifting as you gain power and increased frequency.

Now the fourth star approaches you with a warm green healing energy.

Feel this green healing energy wrapping around your chest,

Embracing and comforting you.

Feel this green healing energy gently pouring into your heart chakra.

Clearing the blocks,

Healing the wounds and opening your heart chakra to its original state of unconditional love and compassion.

As the energy circulates in and around your heart chakra,

Feel your heart chakra open and balanced.

The more you look at these beautiful stars,

The more you are drawn to them.

Now the fifth star starts moving closer to you and penetrating its blue energy to your throat chakra.

Feel the blue energy as it penetrates in and around your throat chakra,

Clearing the blockages and enhancing your verbal expressions.

The sixth star looks mysterious with an indigo blue color that captures your sight.

See this star pointing its fluorescent blue energy to your third eye chakra.

Feel the energy reaching your forehead and into your third eye,

Clearing and activating your third eye to its full potential.

Now the seventh star appeals to you with its soothing lavender energy.

See this healing energy surrounding your crown chakra.

Feel this beautiful lavender energy entering your crown chakra,

Clearing,

Balancing and reinstating your connection with your higher self,

Your mighty I AM presence surrounded with bright golden light.

As you acknowledge this presence,

You gain mental clarity and feel a sense of wholeness and complete.

Now take a look at your astral light body and see your seven major chakras balanced and vibrating with their beautiful colors and with much higher frequencies.

You feel energized,

Empowered,

Loved and free,

Full of joy and warm sensations.

Looking at these seven beautiful stars,

You feel so inspired to dance with them.

Get closer,

Slowly and start dancing with the stars.

One by one,

Moving from one star to the next.

Dancing in a circular slow motion and absorbing more of their nurturing energy.

Keep dancing and enjoying your dance with the stars one by one,

Feeling more and more nurtured and rejuvenated.

It feels so magical.

Now as you complete your dance.

And start backing away slowly.

The vision of the stars begin to fade away.

As you keep moving further back,

You feel pulled back slowly to the earth's atmosphere.

Further back and down to the room where your physical body is laying and merging completely with your physical body.

Engage with your physical senses.

Feeling as if you are just waking up from a beautiful dream.

Gently open your eyes and be fully awake.

Fully awake and present.
