Good morning conscious creators,

Beautiful souls.

I'm honored that you're joining me on this quick morning meditation to jumpstart your day.

Let's begin.

Let's start off by gently closing your eyes and placing your hand on your heart and begin to slow your breathing down and imagine the air flowing in and out of your heart.

Let's take two conscious breaths,

Following the breath into the heart all the way in,

Holding it up top for two seconds and release as you breathe all the way out.

Let's do that one more time.

Breathe all the way in through your heart.

Feel your heart becoming energized with peace,

Clarity,

And purpose for this beautiful day ahead.

And let it all out again with a giant sigh.

I'm going to guide you through a series of seven prompts to kickstart your day ahead so no matter what you are doing today,

You are operating from a place of well-being and with crystal clear intention.

Don't overthink the questions,

Just let the answers flow from your heart.

Let's start with gratitude.

What's one thing that happened in the last 24 to 48 hours that you are grateful for,

Big or small,

It doesn't matter.

Relive that moment in your mind right now and feel the deep appreciation.

Now let's appreciate ourselves.

What's one thing about yourself,

Quality,

Or trait that has shown up in your life recently that you truly appreciate and admire?

Visualize yourself exhibiting that quality and tell yourself,

Thank you,

I love you.

Stay with this memory for as long as you can.

Next is good old fashioned bliss.

What's one thing you are super excited about that is coming up in your life?

Call it to mind and allow yourself to get lost in this future experience.

Feel the excitement and joy.

Next your state of being.

What's one quality you want to embody today?

Maybe it's something in your work,

A meeting,

A project,

An interaction you are going to have with others.

What do you want to exhibit?

See yourself embodying that trait.

How does it feel and what do you look like?

Next your intention.

Sweet and sweet,

What's the one thing you need to do or complete today?

What's one thing that you just want to experience today?

Set your intention for what truly matters.

Next let's not forget about resistance.

After all,

Sometimes there are things we avoid and resist throughout our day.

What's one thing you are resisting?

Or said another way,

Where in your life is resistance showing up?

Call it to mind and just put some attention to it.

Use this space right now to confront whatever you are resisting and gain some clarity around it.

And know by shining a light on it,

Little by little,

You are loosening its force and maybe changing your relationship with it.

And finally your perfect day.

What's one thing that would make today a perfect day?

How do you want this day to unfold?

What would make today a success?

From this place of heightened self-awareness and clarity,

Visualize your entire day unfolding exactly the way you want it to.

See yourself handling every aspect of your day with ease and grace,

Even challenges.

See a non-stop smile adorned on your face as you welcome everything and everyone you encounter with mindfulness,

Kindness,

And curiosity.

Feel how good it feels to be moving throughout your day in this way.

Capture that feeling in your body.

Now say thank you and rub your hands together.

Place them over your heart.

Take a slow deep breath in and let out a big exhale and open your eyes.

Smile and go shine your light onto the world and bring this vibration into everything you do.

An empowering and thoughtful meditation to start any day. The prompts are varied and inspiring. I especially liked the "What am I excited about?" as I've just got a new job so could find an answer.
