Closing your eyes,
Sitting with your back straight,
Upright.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and releasing out through the mouth,
Being aware of your physical body and taking your awareness internally.
Drawing your awareness to your solar plexus,
Heart and throat chakras at the stomach,
The heart and the throat area of your body.
Being aware of the light within these chakras.
Be aware of the brilliant light using your intention,
Turning up the brightness of this light.
See it shining brightly on your thoughts and emotions.
Being aware now of the thoughts that you have been having,
That have been causing any low vibrational emotions.
Bring them to mind,
Shine the light on them and feel the light dissolving them into better feeling thoughts.
Reaching now for a better feeling thought,
Being aware of the light within you and repeating those thoughts and emotions.
