Do this guided meditation as a daily practice to boost your business in all ways through all dimensions.
Sitting either on the floor in a cross-legged position or on a chair with your back supported.
Head straight,
The palms of your hands resting on the lap facing upwards.
Eyes gazing between the eyebrows at the third eye centre.
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out relax.
Take another breath in and as you breathe out relax the body even more.
Take one more breath in and as you breathe out fully relax.
Softening the brain,
The face,
The cheeks and jaw.
Relax the shoulders,
The arms.
Soften the throat and the chest,
The belly,
Hips.
Relax the legs,
The feet,
The arms,
The hands.
Just relax.
Be aware of the breath without trying to change it.
Allow yourself to ride the breath.
Just allow the mind to follow the inhalation and exhalation naturally without trying to change it.
Softening the belly and allowing the outward breath to start to gently drop from the chest down to the belly.
Don't force it,
Just allow by softening the belly and allow it to drop down when it's ready in its own time.
Now picture or imagine your business in front of you in a bubble of light.
Breathe in and as you breathe out send your business love.
You may wish to imagine this as soft pink energy flowing to your business from your heart chakra at the centre of your heart.
Reminding yourself why you started your business,
Your mission,
How you serve others and why you care.
Pull all of that into your heart.
Breathe in and as you breathe out send that directly into the bubble of light in which your business is sitting.
See your business coming to life with the energy that you are feeding it.
Fill it full of love until you feel that it is totally full.
Keep sending love,
Passion.
Really feel your business soaking this up.
See your business starting to shine.
To grow stronger and brighter,
Healthier,
More abundant.
Now connecting with the power of your soul.
Be aware of the crown chakra on top of the head and as you take your awareness there,
Feeling the petals of the crown chakra,
The thousand petals of the crown chakra gently stretching open as if to the morning sun.
And as they do so,
Feeling a waterfall of golden light pouring down from the highest point you can imagine in through your crown chakra,
Down through your whole being and releasing into the earth.
Every time you breathe in,
Draw more of this golden light in through the crown chakra and as you breathe out,
Washing it down through your whole body.
Feel it invigorating you,
Your energy body,
Your mind,
Your chakras,
Your DNA,
All the cells of your body.
Lifting your potential and expanding your consciousness.
Releasing into the earth all negativity,
Fear and insecurity,
All limitation,
Release.
And now do the same for your business.
Imagine as you breathe it in,
You can breathe it in for your business and see the golden light pouring down through the crown chakra of your business,
Flushing through all the chakras and energy body of your business in the bubble of light.
See it cleaning and cleansing all low vibrational energy that would prevent your business from attracting millions and millions of clients,
Millions and millions of dollars or pounds or whatever currency your business is trading in and releasing into the earth on behalf of your business all fear,
Negativity,
Limitation,
Insecurity,
Release,
Release,
Release.
Good.
Really feel your business changing,
Growing,
Becoming stronger,
More magnetic and attractive and really see your business serving in the world.
See it serving all of the people,
All of the situations and circumstances you desire it to serve.
Happily,
Healthily,
Abundantly.
