Welcome to your navel chakra healing.

Navel chakra or Manipurakam is the gem of rays.

This chakra or energy wheel is situated in the area corresponding to your navel.

Its appearance is that of a lotus with ten petals.

Inside the lotus is a circle.

A white crystal colored crescent moon lies within that circle which is entirely submerged in water.

The space above the water level has a rising light shining forth.

The submerged crescent moon denotes the subconscious mind and tendencies that we are not consciously aware of and the light refers to the conscious mind.

From this chakra we identify and attach to things and people in a delusive way.

As we clear this chakra we are able to let go of all desires and attachments that hold us back,

That create suffering.

The meaning of the word Manipura is literally city of crystals or rays.

Purakam means inhalation and assimilation.

It is the center of assimilation.

How we assimilate our life.

This center marks the climax of all material possessions,

Power,

Name,

Fame and authority.

If we crave power or fear it then this chakra becomes blocked.

Once we understand the transient nature of worldly things we can begin the process of surrendering them and naturally transcending beyond worldly possessions,

Worldly fame and authority,

Accept our own power and rise into the heart.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Take your awareness to the Manipuram navel chakra at the navel area.

Breathe into the navel and breathe out through the back of your navel gently.

There are two chakras at the navel.

One that sticks out through the front of the navel at the front body and another at the back of the body where the navel would be.

The back navel chakra or Ming Ming is smaller and much more delicate.

Breathe in through the front navel.

Breathe out really gently out of the back navel Ming Ming chakra.

Being aware of the crescent moon in the water and the crystal circle deep within the navel chakra.

Imagine that every time you breathe in it activates the crescent moon and allows the waters to rise and cleanse these petals and every time you breathe out imagine that you can release all congestion,

All blockages,

All fear of your own power.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Releasing.

Repeat after me.

I now release all fear of my own power.

I release all fear of authority figures and I release all fear of a lack of material possessions.

Breathing in and as you breathe out allowing the waters of this beautiful chakra to cleanse and purify and as you breathe out intending to release all congestion.

Well done.

Repeat after me.

I now release with great love and gentleness all cords of energy between myself and all other people,

Times or places or events that are anchored in power games and power struggles.

I no longer need these energy cords.

I lovingly set myself free.

Through divine grace so be it.

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out release out of the front and gently out of the back navel chakras.

Release,

Release,

Release.

Well done.

Repeat after me.

I call my power back.

I call my light back.

I call my energy back from everyone and everything that I consciously or unconsciously gave it to.

It is safe for me to hold my own power.

I am safe with my own power.

I love,

Trust and respect myself.

Breathing in to the navel and hold.

Breathing normally.

Beautiful.

Well done.

Sending love to your navel chakra.

Sending love to those petals.

Feeling the petals responding in kind.

Feel your gentle power returning to you.

Repeating after me.

I love and trust myself.

No one has power over me.

It is so amazing.

I no longer need others to tell me that I'm good enough.

I know that I'm good enough.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I choose to honor and respect myself.

I am enough.

I love myself.

I am enough.

Breathing into the navel chakra hold and as you breathe out allow that to grow.

Feel the petals responding to your words,

Your intentions.

Really feel what you're doing.

Really honoring yourself.

Taking this love into your day.

Letting your light shine from this chakra all day.

Being aware of the moon and the water and the crystals.

Really feel your power within you.

A loving,

Gentle,

Self-assured power.

And as you walk about the day to day see that light shining on everyone you meet and notice how they respect you.

Notice you.

Honor you as you do the same for yourself.

Namaste.
